although I have replaced 2 paddles already in one years worth of use, I have had no problems with the return policy. Just a phone call, pic of my paddle issue, and I had a new paddle in 3 days. No return required of damaged paddles and very good customer service to handle the issue.

Customer service. Had an issue with a racket I purchased from Pickleball Central. They were prompt in addressing my issue and provided me with a quality racket as a replacement. Cannot express the ease and professionalism of the staff person I spoke to. A great experience.

My wife recently purchased a Rally paddle, and was very happy with it, so I decided to get this one for myself. So far only been able to play a few games, but it is great! Very versatile, able to get great control and finesse, but still able to get power when needed.

I had a Rally Graphite NX which I truly enjoyed until concerns which proved to be a bubble and crease which Pickleball Central replaced under my one year warranty with a Rally Graphite PX (the NX had since been discontinued). I have only played once with the new PX and it proved to be just as responsive and controllable as the previous NX. The PX was very slightly heavier, possibly a quarter ounce but still only 7.7 ounces. I really like the grip which has a "tacky" feel and size is very similar to the NX. I would highly recommend the Rally Graphite PX to anyone looking for a lightweight, controllable paddle. I was impressed with the way Pickleball Central dealt with my concern and honoring the one year warranty after proof of purchase with no questions asked and expediting the new paddle in a very timely manner.

I got great service from Pickeball Central selecting and getting the right weight paddle for me. It's my first graphite paddle. Love the look and feel of the paddle, comfortable weight and grip. No promise it will improve my play, but I am am a very satisfied customer.

I had a racket that broke recently. Fellow players told me that if I had bought the racket from you, that you would take care of it. So, I called and got clear instructions about what to do. It was so easy I couldn’t believe that this would be all I had to do. I just had to take pictures of the racket and send a screenshot of the receipt. And then, a few days later I got my racket!

I just ordered my 3rd Rally paddle. I have a Rally Graphite, a Rally Graphite Power 2.0, and now the Rally Graphite PX. I play enough to make them look worn, but are still good to loan to fellow players when needed. When I purchased my first Rally paddle, I was ready to return it. However, after playing with it for about 7 times, the paddle and I clicked. I got used to the graphite paddle and haven't complained since. The only problem I had was the grip size, but purchased an over-grip and made it fit my hand.

Great products - awesome company!! I've made several purchases from them, and recently had a broken paddle - they sent me a new one, I shipped back the broken, and the process was easy! I will buy MORE from these guys in the future!!

New to pickleball and wanted a mid-range paddle to start with. (Similar to how I started when I played racquetball). So far so good - seems to be very responsive paddle.

Ordering was easy, finding what I wanted easy, the only thing that was not great was the fact that I paid for 2-3 day delivery and it took much longer.
