Outstanding paddle, outstanding service! This was my first pickle ball purchase ever, and I not only got exactly the paddle I ordered and in perfect shape, but the customer service team gave me free shipping on a second paddle that I wanted to add to the order a couple of hours later and that couldn’t actually be bundled into the same package. Bravo! I will be back.
In today's environment when often times we settle for just ok customer service, I wish to commend Pickleball Central for their exemplary customer service. I had an issue with a past purchase and after sending an email explaining the issue, I received a response within 24 hours with a resolution. That is GREAT customer service!!!!
This is the 3rd PXL paddle that I purchased. I've been playing for over 12 years and I'm a 4.5 rated player. This paddle is as good as many paddles costing twice as much. Good touch, and with the extended reach it still has a large sweet spot. Very predictable to play with.
I’d been eyeing an elongated paddle for some time. So the Rally PXL with Graphite face at an affordable price caught and held my attention. Both my wife and I have gotten good use and play from PickelBall Central’s proprietary products. The Rally PXL falls right in to that price value category. I am quite happy with both purchase and play as my serves definitely respond to the paddle’s graphite surface. cg
This is my third pickleball paddle. I've upgraded as I got better at playing. Still, I'm not one to want to spend a fortune on paddles, and some of them are getting rather pricey. I wanted to try an elongated paddle because I'm petite and do not have long arms. I didn't know if the paddle would make a difference. The one I bought, a Rally graphite PXL is a mid-range style, but nicely made I like the grip, it works well for smaller hands, but I have to say I don't know if it is helping my game. I was pretty good at getting those balls anyway, but I still like the paddle and have been using it for two weeks. The only drawback I find is my swing seems not as fast on some low balls, probably due to the elongated paddle. It's a trade off. I still have my Vulcan paddle, which I did like. Overall I would recommend this, it's not too much money on sale.
My buddy had me order this as a gift for a friend, but I must say that it was a steal of a bargain. I was more than a bit envious I had not had a paddle like this when I first started. It has great grip, feel and paddle texture. Great for all levels of play and at a beginner bargain price.
First time using an extended length paddle. So far it’s been great for reaching shots that typically I would not have. It’s become my “go to” but I still love my Selkirk.
Paddle has same surface area as others. It is 3/4 inch longer but 3/4 inch narrower. That small increase in length makes a difference IMHO! Took a little while to get use to new swing motion. Initially feels like you are swinging a "10 ft pole". I do feel like I have more reach. I'm also one who puts my fore finger on the racquet so elongation helps.
This elongated paddle had the right grip size and weight (7.6 oz) and added length to my arm and 5'2" height. Unfortunately it exacerbated my annoying tennis elbow. It could be the weight distribution of this type of elongated paddle in general. This is the only elongated paddle I've tried.
We purchased this LONG paddle for my wife. It was a good buy for the money but she is trying to get used to the short handle. We placed some tape on the grip and it improved the feel even more. I have an upgrad long paddle and feel this one is well worth the money and great value for a long paddle.
