Rally Tyro 2 Pro Pickleball Paddle (Single Paddle - Fire Orange)

I had an issue with a paddle I purchased and used for about two weeks. Called PC and call was answered by a pleasant helpful person (didn't get her name) She listened to my problem patiently, and explained return process. After providing the necessary info she needed, they shipped out a new replacement paddle with a call tag for the "old" one. Received in three days. Back in the game!! Great customer service!

I purchased two paddles, well it’s been hot and one if the paddles began to Bubble. I contacted PBC and they got a replacement in the mail that day with a label to ship the defective back. Thank you! First and foremost I will give my business to companies with great CS. If they have great prices that’s a benefit

The paddle I purchased in January started to develop bubbles in the "skin" around the perimeter of the paddle. I was given a new replacement paddle at no cost to me. They back up their product with great service and customer satisfaction. Thank You Pickleball Central!

My paddle broke not quite a year after purchase. I explained this to the rep and she said that since it is within the warranty period, I could get a free replacement. It arrived a few days later. I couldn't be happier with the service at Pickleball Central. Thank you!

I bought a Tyro2 pickleball paddle and it was delivered in 2 days. I loved the paddle so much, I went online to see the exact paddle weight and it was on sale for $10 cheaper than I had bought it for the previous week, so I just had to buy another one (different color of course). It was again delivered in 2 days. Unbelievably great service and I love the paddle. I'll order all my pickleball supplies from this company from now on..

We were playing with loaner paddles, and after quite a bit of research decided to order the Rally Tyro Pro Paddles. Especially liked the 30 day return policy if we weren't happy. Not worried about the returns, as we are happy with our paddles and feel they will suit us for a long time as we gain proficiency.

I bought these and a set of the niopipo (can't spell) for my family of 4. I much prefer these, and played with them for many months while deciding what "expensive" paddle to get. It's a great all around paddle, and its the one i lend out frequently (i own 4 of these now) and use as a backup when needed. I just had my brother buy a set of 2 as he's getting into the sport too. Its the right place to start, will last you a while as you learn and develop your stroke and understand what you need. Its far superior to other similarly priced paddles. Its really a great value. Also, can't recommend PickleballCentral highly enough. I managed to break my Tyro2 Pro Paddle at the handle, and they replaced it quickly and easily. A++ service from these folks, and i'll only buy paddles here now.

Paddle seems OK. But I'm a beginner so it's hard to tell. My complaint is that they sent me the wrong color. I didn't send it back because I needed to use it immediately. On one side lengthwise the long ways you can see some of the honeycomb showing through the flat part not sure if it affects the play but you can see it only played with the paddle won so far would probably send it back but it took over a week to get here in a week back and I don't have anything to ship it back with so that would cost me but let me know if you could ship me a container and take care of the shipping I would rather have a new one. I was annoyed when I received the paddle b/c in very obvious text, there was name/number/URL of seller of the paddle on the paddle. I did not notice it when I originally viewed the paddle online, although had I looked more closely, I would have noticed. I just think it's super tacky to advertise your company phone number (especially in such large font) and URL on the paddle itself. It's too time consuming to return the paddle (which I bought for a holiday gift), so I won't return it. But it left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be purchasing from your company again. It's like when I buy a car, I don't want my car to become an advertisement for the dealer. It's just annoying and (in my opinion) tacky.
