Rambo Deluxe Dog Blanket Small Navy

My 17 year old pom comes out and sits on the fenced porch area at the crack of dawn and watches me feed the horses. It is so cold for her! This XXS fleece blanket is thick, well made, pretty, perfect fit and very warm. She loves it :)

It stays on and doesn't restrict my dog who runs at full speed and plays chase with other dogs.

Smartpak has switched out the size chart a few times on this particular dog blanket. With that being said, here's what finally worked for us: Small lab mix (45lbs) = medium blanket. Boxer mix (60lbs) = large blanket. Coonhound mix (80lbs) = xl blanket. I don't love the way these blankets fit any of them but its so much better than blankets that make you pretzel yourself and your dog just to get them on. The elastic strap under the belly is easy enough to fasten as well as the velcro and strap closure at the neck. I've washed and dried the blanets and they have held up. The dogs have worn the blankets at play and again they have held up just fine. I would be really helpful if Smartpak would consider posting an image of the size chart that actually ships with the packaging so customers didn't have to guess on sizing.

I got two larges for my two boys that are both around 30 lbs that measure from withers to tail 20 inches. I got a medium for my other dog who measures 19 ins but is a lot thinner. When they came in I looked at the sizing chart on the actual blankets and noticed that it's not the same chart they have on here. On Smartpak L= 20 M= 18, but on the blanket bag it says L= 22 and M= 16, so the sizes are larger than expected and also have a greater difference in size. The medium ended up fitting my two bigger boys and I'll just have to order a small for the dog who the medium was intended for.

This is wonderful quality! However, my dog is 28 lbs and an Aussie mix (rescue). The small is too small and the medium is too big. Stinks because I wish there was a size in between.
