received this product 1 day earlier. All hardwares and instruction are in the package and door actually fit and looks good as well. the picture on the site showed round key but unit came with a flat key which is not good when you open the fuel door and causes the key to slip out due to the door hinge tension. i believe the round key has a notch and doesn't cause a slippage when you open the fuel door with the key on it. It's a little inconvenient to open the fuel door without the key on it that's why i prefer the round key.

This gas cap fuel door looks great and really adds a center focal point to the driver's side of the truck. It is not that hard to install, however, the kit comes with many washers that have to be held in place while lining up the mounting bolts, a little tricky but doable. One major complaint are the keys. The picture shows a circular style key recepticle which implies that the key would be one of those round, solid metal keys; it is NOT. The keys(2) are a flat metal type with a plastic/rubber ring end. As soon as I inserted the key in its recepticle and turned it the plastic separated from the metal, on both keys. NOT a good design. I had to superglue the pieces together and although they are still intact, I have to be very cautious when I unlock the fuel door as I fear the key will snap off in my hand. If the company manufacturing this fuel door would make a solid metal key this product would rate much higher.

I am very pleased with the product to include pricing, shipping and item quality. The polished finish matches well with other chrome items on my truck and the custom look gives my vehicle a very unique appearance. The functionality of the product is great. I am very happy that I now have a LOCKING fuel door which will most likely deter any attempt of fuel theft no matter where my vehicle is parked. Knowing what a tank of gas costs these days; I do have peace of mind with the knowledge that my truck security has been improved. Thanks RealTruck!

This fuel door looks sharp, I am not a the handiest person alive, but the installation took about a half hour. Like always, make sure that you read the instructions that are provided. Using this website was a easy and flowed well. I will be sure to use this website for future websites.

Looks good, but it not as easy to install as the directions say. Make sure you have a good drill and a "hard metal" bit before you tackle drilling out the factory rivets. This takes the most time. Also have others have said the picture shows a round key which I would have preffered over the standard key assembly it came with. Looks and is put together soild.

Fuel door looks great. The instructions were not great and we ended up using some other hardware that worked better. Overall the door and installation went great and it looks awesome.

Never recieved the part after waiting a month for it. Called Real truck and told them I never recieved the part, they said ok we will send a new part or your money back. I got a email to return the Rampage billet fuel door instead! How am I supposed to return a part I never recieved. So I've waited almost two months still no part or money. Real truck I will never deal with your company again, you guys suck!

I didn't like this product. I bought for a 2007 Wrangler. It's a very poor fit, no instructions in the package, power coating was of poor quality and the lock was very poorly made. I threw it in the garbage.
