Compass Flawed %26 Inoperable Upon Opening
CAUTION: Do not order this compass from UnbeatableSale. I purchased this item new from UnbeatableSale through Walmart. I ordered it in July for my husband's birthday at the end of August. The compass was inoperable and flawed immediately upon opening the package. UnbeatableSale refused to consider processing a refund or return outside of their inflexible 30 day return/refund window. The internal declination adjustment screw in the compass is inoperable. It is stripped out and cannot be set. My husband works for our local sheriff's department and is an experienced member of our local Search %26 Rescue-he is very familiar with compasses. The flaw in the compass is not due to any sort of usage whatsoever or operator error. UnbeatableSale still refused to consider a return or replacement. Terrible customer service.
