Deep, earthy, sharp, and fragrant!
Rani Black Mustard Seeds brought exactly the kind of exotic kick I was looking for. The aroma alone feels like the beginning of some ancient kitchen magick ritual. Fresh, potent, and full of character, these are definitely not bland supermarket mustard seeds. Remember, medium heat is enough! If they burn, they develop a harsh bitter taste. Use small amounts at first. Black mustard seeds are assertive.
