Extra fine pepper.
I love this pepper. It's so fine you can't tell it's in the food. I've always had flakes of pepper in my teeth and when you bite into it, burns my mouth. You won't have that with this pepper. I will buy this again.

This black pepper was finally groun this black pepper was grounded to a fine powder it works very wel grounded to a fine powder. Loved this Black pepper! It's what I call “Good Seasoning”…just as I know it in the Caribbean! It is finely Ground and has (adds);Great Flavor to my Foods/Meats/Gravy. Thankful for India Flavors.

seems mixed with cinnamon or something
this tastes like pepoer mixed with cinnamon i am not a pepper person its too "spicy?" for me husband loves it inwas able to lick an entire finger if straight oepper with no issue
