Favorite ginger ground
The ginger ground is pretty suitable for me, I purchased it to marinate meat to remove the fishy smell. It's more convenient than fresh ginger. I don't like eating fresh ginger , so the ginger ground is exactly designed for me. I need plenty of ginger ground in my cooking.

Bait and Switch
I took pictures to show that what I was sent isnt what was advertised. What I bought was supposed to be "Non-GMO".This package does not say that.
