I bought the mung beans, particularly for sprouting and they are sprouting quicker than I expected. It's delightful and I'm enjoying it. I will have enough seeds to have bean sprouts for a very long time. I have yet to try the seeds cooked without sprouting.

The whole Moong Dal is absolutely clean and one does not have to look for adulteration like small stones . The dal can be used for cooking immediately. The dal on cooking tastes very good , texture taste is very good . My daughter has boiled moong every day in her tiffin as it's so nutritious and tastes so good .

These are the best beans for sprouting! I rarely get any beans that fail to sprout after a good soak. I usually sprinkle on Buddha bowls or salads for a delicious crunch.

The beans are very small. They sprouted quickly and I was eating them on day 3 of sprouting. The taste is delicious. The 4 lb. bag is enough to keep me in fresh sprouts all summer long.

These beans are small but productive. They smell good, which turns out to be a good sign that they will readily sprout without rotting. Usually I have to set mung beans in vinegar as soon as they've sprouted. Not with these! I refrigerated them as soon as they seemed to reach peak sprout growth but they continued to smell clean and fresh until they were used up. So, I had no waste/no spoilage - very important since sprouts can be a source for food poisoning.
