Ransom Notes: Couples Edition Party Card Game, Magnetic Word Tile Sentence-Building Game for Adults

Such a fun game! I thought pulling apart all the magnetic words would be annoying, but it wasn't bad - you just really have to do it once at the beginning of the game. We were laughing so hard each round, we couldn't understand the responses from everyone through gasping 😆

I got this game for my friend group and introduced it to them at Friendsmasgiving! We absolutely loved it and they said they had a great time. It's something we can definitely play over and over and we're so excited that there's expansion packs for us to explore!

We had many laughs. It was a great way to bring my teenage nieces out of their room and away from the screens and have some great family time. They are so clever. I was impressed. We even played without winners- just read each others out loud and enjoyed a laugh. I first played when my friends brought it over. I loved it and had to get one of my own. Would highly recommend.

I found out about this game through the YouTube Shorts algorithm and sent a couple videos to my friend. We're currently living in different countries but we both bought the game and now play long distance. It's a really fun way to stay connected and stay silly.

This is how our pups looked at my daughter, son-in-law and myself as we played our inaugural game of "Ransom Notes!" They honestly could not understand why their humans were laughing so hysterically SO MANY Times in one night! I bought this game in anticipation of holiday game nights and it did not disappoint!! We loved it so very much that after the second night, we ordered another game to send hone with them! Now it's Christmastime, and once again the hilarity and fun are continuing! Even though it's 3-6 players, my 22 year old daughter and I still had some great laughs playing this together over Christmas. We adjusted the rules by doing away with the judge who chooses the best one. Instead we had fun simply swapping and reading each other's out loud. We agreed that hearing how we interpreted each other's cards made it even more funny because they were sometimes different than what was intended. These were our favorite ones. We also played with my 73 yr old mom who wasn't sure she'd be creative enough but she came up with some good ones! You can't help making funny ones most of the time because of the word limitations, which is the whole point. My daughter then took it to her bff's house who of course loved it too. Not sure who wouldn't love this awesome game! :D

I was introduced to Ransom Notes from my adult daughter and her husband who live in Denmark. They are avid board game players. I ordered the game and we spent many happy evenings laughing while playing Ransom Notes with our family while they were visiting for Christmas. Can't wait to have another evening of fun teaching my friends!

6 stars out of 5 if possible. Our family loves this game. The laughter that ensues during every game has got to be one of the best side effects. We don't even play for points. My only knock on the game is parts storage, but that is easily rectified and doesn't affect playability. I 3D printed mine but this solution can be done with cardboard or foamboard.

We played this game a dozen times since we opened it on Christmas. It's been 100% hilarious every time, but at least once in every evening one of the questions hits differently. When asked to summarize the Declaration of Independence, our previously absurd answers suddenly became profound. On New Year's Day, we were playing a game with a new group of friends. The card asked us to explain Easter, and I was surprised by these beautiful answers. Probably not what the game designers had in mind. This is my new favorite game.

We played Ransom Notes as a family over the holidays; several times. All ages loved it! Even when my 7 year old grand-daughter was playing with us, we chose cards that she could have fun with, and the laughter we all shared was a beautiful holiday memory! Thanks so much!
