Tubing of skirt is out of shape. Sizing is SMALL.
What happens is when the costume is packed, the tubing of the skirt is permanently misshapen. If you have the time and feel it is worth the $27 price for you to repair by replacing the tubing, it could be a cute costume. However, you also need to be the size of a 10 year old for it to fit. Disappointed. My suggestion is to buy a lampshade for $15 (or find one at a second hand shop), add suspenders and fringe! That is what I did.
