We've had this chair for a month and so far it's been great. Very comfortable, easy to put together and holding up nicely. I would buy it again.

Once I got it together I loved it
My chair arrived undamaged, however I was a bit surprised based on how it was packaged. When I went to put it together it was supposed to come with 4 screws, 4 washers, and 4 bolts... instead it came with 3 screws, 9 washers and 4 bolts. I had to run to the hardware store to get a 4th screw which was annoying, but worked out fine. Once I got the thing together (took two tries because I put the base on backward the first time which causes you to kind of get dumped out of the chair when you sit up, which the instructions don't mention or have diagrams for) I was pleased with the chair. The cushion is soft and very comfortable, the chair is roomy but not too big, and it does rock and swivel like it is supposed to. I have now ordered the foot stool to go with it which I think will complete the set nicely.

NOT dark wood color
Not sure of the quality as we never took it out of the box. The wood color is NOTHING like the picture and doesn't resemble JAVA at all. It is not a dark stain if that is what you're looking for. It is more of a mid to light walnut.

Picture is not representative of the true colp
A good quality product! Was disappointed that the color of the wood in the picture is way off. Probably would not have purchase if I saw the real color. It is very dark, almost black.

Does not do what it says.
The instructions are the worst because it is blurry to see. And there is no way that this swivel and rocks even though it has springs so I know it is supposed to do that.

Don't Buy Swivel Rocker
The chair did not rock nor swivel. Having a very difficult time returning it. CSR's have not been helpful.
