This is a great supplement!! It has lots of vitamins like ( B12, B6, and vitamin C) and also has minerals as well. I really like the packaging it makes it so convenient to carry on. I highly recommend this as a great way to reach and hydrate!!

Was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. Didn't quite taste like your typical fruit punch but was still really good. Doesn't have a salty flavor like some other sports drinks have. Boyfriend works long days outside and I let him try some. Keeps him energized and hydrated. He loves the flavor and the convenience of being able to bring it with him in packet form

I have some other electrolyte products and they do not taste good but this is the best hydration packet. It tastes just like fruit punch and there is no salty flavor. It can be a little sweet but I like it because I add a little lime or lemon juice to to it. I will definitely be buying some more. I can't try it when I have a hangover. I really like the packaging it makes it so convenient to carry every where. I highly recommend this as a great way to reach and hydrate!!

Fruit punch flavor is delicious and I noticed feeling more hydrated both internally and externally, about an hour after I began sipping on my beverage. I’ve used other powdered drink packets for hydrating effects but this has been by far the best yet. Excited to try other flavors.

We're do I start this product wowed me all the way around. It taste great it's easy on the go no spill packets and it works I'm a big sports guy so I play adult baseball and I used the bum hydration packets before every game and they knock it out of the park for me. I recently tried RAW Nutrition BUM Hydration Electrolyte Supplement Drink Mix (flavor Fruit Punch) and I must say, I absolutely love this product! The packets are easily mixed with water and are portable and easy to take on the go which is super convenient. I’m not the biggest fan of just ‘plain’ water and these add a great flavor and taste to your water and I notice I even stay more hydrated when I add these to my water! Not to mention the added benefits of the electrolytes in the drink mix as well, this product exceeds all expectations! I would highly recommend this product to others!

I've tried the packets after my workouts and the flavor of the fruit punch is pretty good. Not super strong that feels like a juice but good enough to have a refreshing taste after being running for a while. The individual packets makes it easy for on the go so that's pretty handy. Wonder if there's any other flavors hehe.

Many of these single serve drink mix packets I have tried have been disappointing. The main reason being they taste watered down with just a hint of the expected flavor. These packets are packed full of fruit punch flavor. In addition to that the mix contains electrolytes and other ingredients to boost hydration.

I received these to test at the perfect time! I caught the nasty chest cold that has been going around and needed to stay extra hydrated and these were a game changer. The flavor is great and they were easy for me to drink. I feel like because I was so hydrated I beat my cold faster. I will definitely re purchase these and try other flavors.
