When I first got the product and looked at the ingredients I was pleasantly surprised. This Pre-workout has incredible ingredients compared to other brands and it works amazing! I'm not always the biggest fan of pre-workout flavors but this one I actually really enjoy it has a great taste and isn't too sour. I've had nothing but good workouts since I've made this switch. I have already recommended this to friends and family and plan on purchasing again!

I really love this pre-workout. It gives you the energy boost you need without causing any of the uncomfortable side effects like itchiness or jitters. Highly recommend!

I love all his pre-workout especially this one. The flavor is amazing. The focus is amazing and the energy is amazing and it has delayed release caffeine in it and it helps. Keep you energized all day. I freaking love it without a doubt would get it again. Also, it does not make you like most pre-workout.

I received the opportunity to try Thavage Preworkout in BlackBerry lemonade flavor. This preworkout tastes great, is hydrating and gives my the clear mind and burst of energy that I crave before hitting the gym. I really enjoy the texture and flavor of this powder mixture especially with nice cold water and ice cubes. I would recommend and purchase in the future.

I love the flavor of this product! I've tried so many pre-workouts in my experience, and this is a flavor I actually enjoyed! I think the caffeine content was just right. It wasn't too much that had me stressing in the gym, but the perfect amount to give me a boost before my workout. This is my first time trying the Raw Nutrition brand, and I am definitely excited to try other flavors and products.

This has a real energy kick! I took this pre-workout prior to lifting and I definitely felt the increased energy. It's nice to have a little boost when you don't feel like going to the gym. The power is very fine and easily mixes with water to create a tasty drink. I like the blackberry lemonade flavor, its sweet with just a bit of tang from the lemon. It definitely has the fake sugar taste but I like that.

I have been consuming this drink for a week now and I really love it. Firstly, I used to avoid pre-workout drinks because they taste bitter or less sweet but this powder is great in taste. I love the blackberry lemonade flavour. I also love that it makes me very energetic throughout my workout. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have pre-workout drink but is too scared to try it because of the taste and flavour.

This is a more mild pre-workout than some of the others on the market, but that's a good thing! I can have an entire serving of this without feeling sick or like my heart is racing. I definitely plan on making this my primary pre-workout going forward.

Took before my workouts. Could feel a slight uptick in energy for about 10-20 minutes but then lost any added feelings of more energy. Tasted terrible. And made my stomach hurt a bit cause it tasted so bad. Would not recommend honestly.

I took two scoops and was yawning at the gym . I've bought thavage products before and it gave the most energy this was not the right product but good flavor
