Rawlings Fastpitch Series Youth 12" Softball Glove, Basket Web, Gray/Mint, Right Hand Throw

This was a PERFECT, cost effective, comfortable fitting, first softball glove for my 8 yo daughter. She's playing on a 7-8yo girls softball league with a coach pitching. We were worried about choosing the right length, but this glove was an excellent choice. My daughter is highly particular about the feel of things, but she didnt complain about it fitting too tight, or about it being difficult to catch a ball right away, even before it was broken in completely. Would definitely recommend!!

My child loves this Softball Glove! 🥎 the gray and mint color combo is super cute and stands out on the field. More importantly, it's comfortable and easy for smaller hands to use. The glove wasn't overly stiff, so there wasn't a long break-in period, which was a huge win. The basket web makes it easy for my child to catch and control the ball. It fits well, feels secure, and has held up great so far. Overall, this glove is perfect for young players learning the game. Great quality, great look, and most importantly my child is excited to use it.

I should have ordered my 13 year old an adult glove because the size of the glove is good for the ball, but youth is too small for my daughter's hand. This was the recommended size of glove but definitely smaller fit than I expected. Excellent quality and appearance though.

We love this glove, my daughter is 8 and needed a bigger glove or to size up from her tee ball glove and something that would grow with her but that she could still control and gain control of and be able to use for the next few seasons. It's been good breaking it in we tie it up with a softball every night and she practices with it everyday.

I was looking for a softball glove for my 9 year old daughter that was all leather. This glove was a good fit for her small hand. It is comfortable and easier to open and close for her right from the beginning. It will need to be conditioned and worked in a bit. I like the open basket weave and the wrist strap to tighten the glove around her wrist. I did get this glove on sale, so it was a good price. I would recommend this glove for younger kids.

I bought this glove for my daughter to play recreational youth softball- she is 9. The glove has plenty of padding, which is a good for protection but also makes it harder from them to close it with their hands. When I saw the that sports stores were charging $150 for one, I was glad I was able to get this one. This is her first year, so we didn't want to make a huge investment in softball gear if she didn't like it.

The glove needs a lot of breaking in in order for it to be productive. My niece loved it, but after me trying it out, it was difficult to open and close the glive.

Great glove, was worth the money for my daughter who needed to size up and needed the glove quickly. As a bonus it ended up being a color she likes as well

very nice glove for the money. I was surprised to find a glove with an open hinged pocket in this price. it didn't take as long as I thought it would to break in most gloves take a lot longer. love the open hinge pocket works very well much better than the solid woven pockets.

My 10yo needed a longer glove for softball glove. Overall it's a thick glove, but requires a lot of breaking in. Honestly I think I would have rated it 5 star if It wasn't so stiff.
