I ordered this bag because my old college baseball backpack started to deteriorate and wasnt able to hold all of my gear. This bag is perfect for the amount of gear i need to have a home (cleats, helmet, glove and accessories). Carrying this bag is alot easier as well compared to the backpack variations of baseball bags.
I got these for my 10U boys travel team and they loved them. They are big enough to carry all the gear any kid on the field needs to carry. Catchers gear fits as well. We had them embroidered with their number and our Logo. The kids were super pumped when we gave them these and their new helmets.
We had a sponsor purchase these for our entire team. They are big enough to hold even the catchers gear. The front zipper flap was easy to have personalized and the team is very pleased with the bags. They went on sale a week later and baseball savings gladly refuneded us for the sale price as well!
Bought this for my son who is now playing High School Ball. He likes the fact that it's not necessarily a backpack bag, because backpack bags are so “not high school”. He likes the room the bag offers, and has already designated what items are to be kept in each zippered pocket. He is able to carry 2 pairs of shoes (steels and turfs), two gloves (infield and outfield), and all his accessories (batting gloves, bat wieght, hats, etc). He likes using it as a duffle that can hold his bats. Will keep you informed on durability.
My only critique is that I can only bring 2 bats. 2 extra spots would make it perfect. Fits my gear, compartments and spaces are just what I need. Ideal bag for my needs; nothing too serious just 3-4 nights a week and the occasional tournament. Fits gloves, balls, shoes, all my random stuff, mouth guard, room for mask if needed and any extra gear you might bring along.
Good quality duffel with all the necessary pockets. If it were just a little larger it would be perfect. The shoe compartment works best for probably up to men's size 10. My son wears 12 and have to place them a certain way and barely zips. The interior fits helmet and two gloves. Very nice overall.
Bought two of these as Xmas gifts for my daughters, who play softball. While they were a little put off at first as this is the first non-backpack looking gear bag they have had, they quickly realized how functional and roomy it is. I can't speak for durability as they just started using them, but it looks very well made so hoping it will hold up for a few seasons. I would recommend.
This is a versatile bag, smaller than many duffle equipment bags but larger than the typical backpack. It has worked well for my older son who pitches, and plays both infield and outfield (11.75" glove and 12.75" glove) but when catching was added this spring we had to use a second bag for that gear. Just bought a send one for my younger son to replace his old backpack.
I have only had the bag for 6 games and I think it is just ok. It fits my 2 bats, 2 gloves, bat weight, water bottle, helmet, and cleats, but just barely. If I needed to fit an extra uniform and a sweatshirt in this bag, I don't think I would be able to do it, maybe adding a helmet strap to the outside would work, or make the bag just a touch bigger. The zippers appear to be of standard construction and I would suggest putting heavy duty hockey bag type zippers on it. Average backpack and should straps, but not great. It could use an extra mesh zipper or two on the end pocket. Once you add a wallet, keys, phone, tape, glove repair, extra laces, eye black, medication, or whatever, more compartments would be a lot better.
The worst shopping experience I've had. I never even received this bag. When I purchased it you guys said it'll be back in stock in a week..the next week it was never in stock and your website (not you communicating via email or call) said it was delayed for another week. Then it got delayed the following week again and I just simply cancelled the order. But this was def not a good shopping experience. My suggestion, just don't allow the customer to buy items if it's not in stock. It just has the potential to be a negative customer experience and as a company you just can't afford that, especially in these times. Just be like any other company- out of stock, sorry can't buy it. But by you allowing a purchase of a non stocked item, just creates uncertainty. Thanks!
