In our house, we always need to keep a good supply of nitrile gloves on hand.I bought this box of 100 Raxwell gloves in extra large, our usual size. I found the fit to be a bit smaller than most XL gloves I have purchased. However, though they are a tighter fit, they are very durable. They did not rip in the process of putting them on even though they were a bit small. These worked for us, but someone with much bigger hands might not be so pleased. While I just use them for a short time each wearing, I imagine these would be comfortable to wear for a longer time.
I accidently ordered small gloves and I usually wear at least medium as I have large lady hands. However, the small fit fine. We use these around the house for dog run clean up, chicken handling (both raw when cooking and when dealing with our flock) and just general "I don't want dirty hands right now" uses. These are comfortable, easy to put on and didn't tear during any duties.I did have a heck of a time opening the dispenser section on the box - but no one really cares about that.
I use a fair amount of disposable gloves and found these Raxwell gloves to be near the top in terms of size, puncture resistance and durability. Often exam gloves tend to be on the snug side of sizing which is fine for certain applications but for extended wear I prefer a slightly looser fit. These gloves were spot on for me. Easy on and snug enough for manipulation without uncomfortable surface tension.I did some puncture testing with a sharpened #2 pencil and was impressed at how well they held up. Using unscientific means, I saw 14oz to 16oz of force before push through. These are only 4 mil! (I measured). Likely strong enough to resist a light touch of a sharps but I'd still double glove if a concern. Raxwell has a list of chemo drugs they claim the gloves will be impermeable to which is impressive. I'm sure these will be equally resilient with garage grease and oil work.
I messed up and accidentally ordered these in a XS instead of small. They're a little tight on my hands but have proven to be incredibly durable. I've had to pull/yank on the a lot to get them on and have not had any rip or tear. They're the same quality as the other brands of gloves I purchase and have held up well for food prep and cleaning.
Great for work around the house such as cleaning with household cleaning products or chemicals, cleaning up pet messes, bleaching or sanitizing, and handling gasoline or other petroleum products. I also used them to sand finish some cosplay items and painting as well. They have held up for the completion of each job with very few gloves tearing or ripping when first putting them on. Not that many defective gloves. There's no bad odor or powder left behind on your hands after many hours of use. Very happy with how these have held up in a lot of the jobs that I've used them for. I highly recommend these for your cleaning closet or garage!
I am an artist and do a lot of things that require gloves while working in the studio. I typically wear a woman's size large gloves, and I found these (size M) tight fitting but not uncomfortable. They barely cover my wrists, and are not very long. It's like having a second skin, they are bit on the thin side (as you can see I'm wearing rings) but were comfortable to wear while I was working with solvents and paints. I'd say they are a good all around disposable glove for everyday use.
Nitrile gloves. In a box. Is the price right? Then, these will work.We use gloves for miscellaneous duties at the office. Not a regular part of the environment, though. But, these are just regular gloves. Not too thin and not too thick.Plenty of tactile feel through these yet not so thin that they broke easily. Just a good glove and performance you would hope for. Size is exactly as expected as well.Since we don't depend on these gloves for work, it's mostly a matter of them being nitrile, not too thin and the price. If the price is right, these gloves will work.
The fingers are a little long for my small hands; but overall, these are great! I haven't experienced any slipping or even a tear through. One thing I would like to mention though, these are non-sterile. So they need to be used for examination, cleaning, or to protect your hands from food. I do like the sensitivity and there is definitely a slip even when wet. Overall, I definitely recommend!
My husband needed some replacement nitrile gloves in the size XL for his man hands. To him, these feel true to size. The color of these is the typical blue color you often see and less like the bright, turquoise-like blue shown in the product images. Still, it's not horribly far off. These gloves are nice and thin, but they still feel appropriately strong. Since my husband has a mild latex allergy and can develop eczema on his hands, it's good that these are latex-free and powder free, so as not to irritate his skin. He has been using these successfully so far, mostly to handle soil when helping me garden and when doing maintenance work at home.In regards to the box, it was very difficult to peel off the perforated opening in the top for access to the gloves. I couldn't get a neat tear, leaving several ugly tears in the remaining top of the box, which greatly displeases my OCD (it doesn't bother my husband at all). This one thing is enough to prevent me from re-buying an otherwise good brand, so I hope the box design is improved in the meantime.
Ok I missed the XS size when ordering these. My hands do better in a medium glove. But… I was able to stretch the glove on without a tare and use it for the paint project I have going on.All considered, these are standard gloves, work as well as the next, priced maybe a dollar or two above our usual type.
