Raymie Nightingale Review
Raymie Nightingale Raymie Nightingale is a children's novel by Kate Dicamillo. The main character Raymie Clarke has a plan to get her father back. She ends up making some great friends along the way. Raymies father ran away with a dental hygienist her plan is to win the Miss Central Florida Tire contest to bring him back. She takes baton twirling lessons with two other girls Louisiana and Beverly. All of the girls have at least one parent who is not living with them. They bond over crazy experiences that they all go through. I absolutely love this story. It is written in 3rd person which makes it different, but amazing. It is as amazing as Edward Tulane and Because Of Winn Dixie. As they are walking down the street with Louisiana in a cart the cart starts to roll down a hill and lands in a lake.Louisiana is in the bottom. Will she live? You will have to read the book to find out.
