I have these batteries sent to me automatically every six months which is very convenient. The life of the batteries are best when exposed to air for one minute before putting in my hearing aids. I've used these batteries for the four years that I have had my hearing aids and am very satisfied.

I rarely partake in surveys, but I must share that on countless occasions I have purchased hearing aid batteries, only to have them "die" within hours, or even minutes of use. Not only is this frustrating for a variety of reasons, I find it inhumane. I cannot hear without them. Fed up with drugstores, I went straight to Ray O Vac's website and ordered in quantity, relieved they shipped, and as always I have high quality, long lasting sound when in use. I would use none other.

I have used Rayovac hearing aid batteries for several years and have not found any other brand that lasts any longer as a rule. However when I received some Rayovac packages at my local drug store last fall that had a short service span, I sought a source for batteries less apt to have been aging in the retail inventory and delivery chain. I was pleased to find that these could be purchased directly from the manufacturer. I was also pleased to see them marked: "BEST IF USED BY 03/18" which is a later date than any I have purchased in a store.

I love these batteries and have used them for years but I ordered the wrong size this time. I mailed the boxes back to you with a sample of the size I need for you to send me. When you send them to me, these will replace the size I incorrectly ordered (and PAID) for. I'd appreciate your attention to this matter as I am very low on the correct size....312 1.4v. My husband and I both wear hearing aids so we go thru a lot of batteries. Love the batteries but the biggest problem we have is opening the new packages. I have arthritis and it is all I can do to get the packages and open, and he is never near a pair of scissors when he needs to open a package.

The new "Longest Lasting" #10 Hearing Aid Batteries are significantly more reliable than the previous batteries. The benefit to the user of the "Longest Lasting" batteries is that they are consistent. They work well; there are no bad batteries in the batch; and these batteries retain their potency for the entirety of their life. The new "Longest Lasting batteries, in my experience, don't actually last longer than the old ones (usually one week); but these new batteries can be counted on to work well and do their job well. I am pleased to use them.

I have been timing the RayOVac battery, as compared to other brands, and find it does last longer....by about 12 hours, for the very short time (less than 10 days) I have been testing it. However, I think that is not enough time to state firmly that I would buy it over other brands, as yet. And, of course the cost does figure in as a comparison. When other brands are on sale, I will continue to search for the cheapest, yet longest lasting battery I can find.

Sorry to say that I wanted these batteries to last longer than the ones I got from my audiologist but it is not the case. I placed one battery in the left device on 2/12 and had to replace it on 2/17 and the right device on 2/13 and replace that one on 2/18.

I have been using these batteries for six or eight years--since I first started wearing hearing aids and like the batteries very much. However, the new "child resistant" packaging is impossible for me to open. I am 76, not frail and still work 3 days a week. I think you have to be a muscle man to be strong enough to cut open the new packaging. I need to hear, especially for my work. I am thinking that I will take the batteries to the police station and have some strong person there cut them open for me. What a pain!
