These headphone are awesome. As soon as I plugged them in, the microphone started to work right away. the sound is sharp and very clear. No noisy background sounds. The Earphones are pretty snug on my head but at the same time you can hear what is in the background.. The headphones are adjustable,( but don't want to over stretch them they could stay that way), The ear cushions are comfortable and once your adjusted , then you will be ready for a great performance. I love that the microphone is retractable, its just slides right into the ear phone so easily. The plugs are very long , it has a 3.5mm audio and mic jack/ mic splitter adapter. and mute toggle volume control. COMPATIBLE WITH : PC/MAC/PS4/XBOX ONE. note *** XBox one stereo adapter may be required *** You have to buy it separately . I recommend these headphones for any game player and they're also great for making movies, dictation etc.. it comes with 2 logo stickers. The only thing I wasn't happy about is the information booklet it came with. The writing is so small I needed a magnify glass. See picture for how to get the serial mumber

The Razer Kraken Pro v2 analog esports headset is pretty nice, my son is a online gamer so I had him help me with this review, to start its an awesome green and they are really easy to set up,and they are size adjustable ( my son has a decently big head and they adjusted to fit him) they plug into the PlayStation 4 controller and uses its power my son has had many different brands/kinds of headsets and earbuds over the years and he said these were The crispest clearest ones he's tried and that his friends online said they could hear and understand him so much better, he has recommended that they get this kind for better gaming quality, he said they are really good headphones if not the best he's ever tried as far as clearsound, the only fault he had was they felt uncomfortable on his ears but not enough not to use them he figures it's were they are new and different and over time he will ad to how they feel.but overall a very good headset and highly recommend.

My Razer Kraken Pro V2 Analog Gaming Headset with Retractable Microphone for PC, Xbox One and Playstation is fabulous!!! The stereo surround sound is unbelievable!!!! It is so great to listen without the distractive noises of the world. I hear noises in games and videos that I did not know where there when I used other brands, for example when predators are sneaking up. They have fantastic Noise cancellation!! It was better than my previous and much more expensive Bose headphones. The headset is well constructed with volume control on the wires. I especially like the fact that the mic can be moved out of my way. The ears muffs are large enough to fit over my big ears, are very comfortable, and are made of memory foam. the only drawback is that, after six hours of continuous use, my ears are hot from the headset and they seem to be heavier than before, but I believe that is due to to much time on them. Overall, these are extremely well built with the best exterior sound elimination the I have experienced.

The Razor Kraken gaming headset stands out with the green color with the black. The sound coming through them is clear. You can retract out the micro phone when you need to use it to talk to friends when gaming or retract in when just playing a single player game. The headset is good quality and will hold up well.

I can honestly say that these headphones are perfect. The sound quality is great and there is no static. I really love the color, though that probably does not matter to most people. Both my son and grandson have also used the headphones and agree with my review. In fact, everyone likes them so much, we are going to purchase 2 more sets. I highly recommend these headphones for anyone in gaming, or anyone who just needs headphones for their PC or tablet. You can't go wrong.

Love my new Razer Kraken Pro V2 Analog Gaming Headset with Retractable Microphone. I can wear these for hours and hours at a time and my ears never hurt and it doesn't feel heavy either. I don't hesitate to leave the mic on open mic when playing games because it's sensitive enough to pick up your voice when you talk but it's good because it doesn't pick up all your breathing or other people's voices talking around you. I like that it's simple and the audio and mic and lights are all connected through one USB instead of a pair of headphones that has a USB, audio and mic cable which is kind of excessive for my purposes. I'm so glad I got these! I really love almost everything about this headset. The cushions are very comfortable, the look is very stylish, the retractable mic is very nice, and the sound quality is much better than previous headsets I've owned. My only complaint is the volume wheel is very sensitive. It may rub against your shirt and turn the volume all the way up or all the way down. Other than that it's a pretty good headset. So for this reason I still recommend buying a Headset, if nothing get it for the beautiful bright green...it looks environmental!

I am taking classes for my Masters Degree and all my classes are online and require a good headset to listen to the professor's lecture and a microphone for giving presentations. This headset fit the bill very well. It plugged into my laptop in the headset plug and it has an adapter if you have an older laptop that needs two plugs. The sound was crisp and clear. The microphone worked great and, when asked, my classmates all said that I sounded great when I had to give a presentation. The ear cushions are comfortable but were a little small. I had the circular cushions, so if you have bigger ears, you may want to get the oval cushions. The headset kept out outside noise very well but are not completely noise canceling. The inline remote control was a little confusing at first but after reading the instructions, I figured it out and it worked very well. Over all this is a solid headset.

Very good headset, comfortable and easy to adjust. The sound quality is good too. I read instructions carefully and proceeded on to fine: Rich sound, perfect balance in audio and team communications. Also, interchangeable ear cushions, retractable microphone which can be stowed away when voice communication is not needed. This Kraken Headset is for use with PC, XBox one, & PlayStation 4. Great value for the price. Thanks to Walmart for the opportunity to review this wonderful product.

The headset has good audio quality (but don't expect a Bose). There are no noise cancelling features. The mic works well and is conveniently placed near the headset and not jutting out, so you barely notice it. It is all plastic so does not feel as substantial as a Bose. The cable is nice and long, but no wireless features. Will work as advertised for gaming. I was able to connect the dual mic/speaker jack to my cell phone and it worked great (if you are taking a work or private phone call for which you don't want speaker phone and yet be hands free). At the current price point this is great value for money. You will not be disappointed.

Overall the headphones are of good quality and I would recommend them for gaming or just listening to the music.
