So if you want a world class mic, this is in my opinion the bar setter. Zero complaints, absolutely do recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a podcaster and streamer, my biggest concern always was whether I sounded clear and enjoyable to listen to audio wise. When I switched to this mic, just recently, I purposely didn't tell anyone. Sure enough, my podcast listeners, who cannot see me, all noticed an amazing difference. People reached out to me to let me know that they wanted me to continue whatever I was doing differently. I let them know that it was due to my new Seiren V2 X and that I'd keep on using it. I myself have played my new and old podcasts side by side to compare and I almost cannot listen to the old one's because of how bad they sound compared to the new one's made with this mic. I'll sum it up with a few more words: Clarity, detail, quality!

I stream gaming playthroughs and talk over them using this microphone and my chat always compliments me on how well my voice sounds when I'm using it. The mute feature works well in those moments when I don't want to broadcast my voice and just have the game sounds playing to the audience. I love how the V2 X has such a small footprint so it doesn't take up very much desk space at all. It never gets in the way. It's hefty enough that you don't have to worry about it falling over when it's standing up on your desk. Overall I'm very happy with the Seiren V2 X and it's become a staple in my streaming life. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get into podcasting, streaming, or just general use.

My gamer friends notice the difference right away. Commenting on how good the sound quality was way better than before. It was very easy to install, and a navigate! Great gamer microphone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mic is small and compact but looks professional. It is simple to use, just plug in and go. I did not need any software at all, literally took 2 seconds to set up. It does a great job of isolating my voice and getting rid of any echo or reverb from the room that my built-in my picks up. It has a hard mute button on it with a color indicator (green or red) so I can tell with confidence that I am muted. The built in stand has a stable pivot joint so you can tilt the mic in any direction and it stays exactly in place. My only small gripe is the the receiving end is USB-A and my laptop does not have USB-A. They are increasingly less common, though luckily my monitor has a USB-A port so it still works fine on my desk. Wish it were USB-C for future compatibility.

I chatted with a few friends and it sounded pitch perfect with my headphones on. No background fuzz, nothing, just excellent audio capture. My kid is already trying to steal it lol!

It doesnt let to much ambient noise in so I would say if you are on a budget go for it if you dont have the money for an xlr setup or just dont want to deal with it and just want quick plug and play with minimal setup
