Great product. Does what I wanted it to do.
I bought this so I could have the joystick part todo movements on call of duty. It works great for that. My hands aren't big and it is tough to get to top row if u choose to use those keys. Mapping the keys is still ongoing. They are number but call of duty shows them as letters.

Used to dunk on these; I get it now.
Super comfortable for my wrist and highly customizable. The "analog stick" is kinda wonky and I don't like it, but I just disabled it with the software. it took some getting used to but I can see the appeal now.

Worked 2 years great.
It worked great for 2 years but eventually the left turn needed to be clicked twice to work so I had to replace it. There was no new version available. The clicking bothered others who were on the same room.

Poorly constructed. Many people having same issue
Please read other reviews of this keypad from other sites and blogs. The thumb (d) pad quits working after very little usage. During a game it acts the the up button is stuck. Your person keeps running and running. Already sent one back for replacement. The second one my son got is starting to do the same thing. It's getting sent back for a refund.
