The RB/LB and other buttons work as expected and overall build feels high quality but there are a few caveats about this controller. Overall, I find myself using this more than my Xbox one controller.

It's slightly larger than the dual sense with nice rubberized handholds and a groove for your fingers. One of the best features is the trigger locks for rapid engagement. Super responsive, the remappable buttons let you customize as well. The subtle light feature is also a nice touch. Oh and I can use it on the PC too.

It's really responsive with great haptics, buttons are remappable, and it feels great in my hands. For me, the only real downside was that it took a little while of playing to get used to the triggers underneath where my fingers usually rest. Oh, and I can't use it with my older PS4 that I like to play from time to time. Aside from that very minor complaint, I am very happy with this product. Aesthetically, I love the RGB lights as well. It can also work as an external controller for PC gamers AND works with games on Android, how cool is that! Overall, I highly recommend this product.

After 30 minutes of use, it caused some hand cramping. I found myself missing gyro controls, vibration, and haptic feedback. For the price, I feel it should include a charging stand or dock. The Bluetooth connection was only available with the use of the dongle.
