Grandson's gift
Glad my grandson likes it but it doesn't seem like it's going to last long. Poorly built, that's why I got the walmart protection plan. Because it seems I'll have to use it soon.

Unhappy!
I bought it for Grandson and it is very well well built and he loved it and it has great balance and control. DOWNSIDE!! THE BATTERY WILL NOT KEEP A CHARGE. -

how can I return this item with no box. Bought for childs christmad gift and it want work correctly. grinds when motor griding when he tries to rid it.

Battery will not hold a charge
Battery will not hold a charge. My 10 year old bought this with his Christmas money. The battery will not last longer than about 5 minutes. This is his 2nd electric scooter by Razor first one completely died after 6 months. We will not buy another one by this brand.

Does not hold a charge
We purchased this e-scooter for our 8 year old thinking it was a great starter he could get comfortable on. He has used it a total of 4 times and the battery does not last beyond 6 mins. We’ve stored it in our basement and is constantly plugged in when not in use. Such a waste of money. Just upgrade to the good ones.

Poor Quality! Don't Buy! It will break on you
Got this for my son. He loved it BUT the throttle broke pretty quickly. It is a thumb throttle. It broke and now it just spins around the handlebars and doesn't do anything. I bought the extended warranty but they have me jumping through so many hoops that its almost not worth it (which is probably what they want - me to give up). Save your money. Get a different scooter.

this product was bought back in Dec 28, arrived in Jan. it was charged four time but now it does not charge anymore. i threw away the box butlets see if i can return this defective product as it has not been 90days yet.

this scooter would be nice if it would charge
This scooter was to be a gift but it would not charge at all. Hopefully, the next one that will be delivered will be in operating order.
