My daughter is very excited about the new scooter

Essa21 November 26, 2013

I was surprised to notice how sturdy this was. It is a lot bigger and heavier than you would first imagined based on pictures. It runs very smooth and fast and it is a lot of fun. Both my husband and I have tried it. Our daughter loves it very much and she feels so "cool" riding the scooter! She says it feels like she has her own car!

Awsome Scooter

KiarraMom January 5, 2014

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 13 year old daughter and she absolutely loved it. It seems to be very durable. Its a product that she'll be able to have forever providing that she takes care of it over the years. The assembly was wicked easy. I enjoy watching her ride.

Great Scooter for Family

Familylifex6 November 5, 2013

So far so good, have not had very good luck with razor scooters in past but this one seems to be charging and running great. Purchase for our 8 year old daughters birthday.

My daughter loves it!

tamitejd June 9, 2014

Birthday gift for a 10 yr old- she loves it. Had shipped to home. Box was a bit tattered, but intact. Scooter not damaged in any way- pretty well packed from manufacturer. Easy to assemble, and after pumping up the tires was able to give it a spin before charging. Fully charged overnight and it really goes at a pretty good clip. I think it was a good purchase. She thinks it is fabulous and rides it almost every day.

Works well...but need to work on ensuring quality

GFunkerelly September 13, 2013

When I pickup up the scooter from Walmart, the box was all battered up. The sticker placed on the back of the seat pole wasn't placed properly (wrinkled) and the sticker placed at the bottom of the seat pole was coming off. The serial number label says that the scooter was manufactured a whole 13 months earlier than when I actually bought it. Given that the batteries only have a certain amount of life expectancy, this is kind of concerning. I presume this is why they also emphasize checking the pressure in the tires before riding it the first time because the pressure can decrease over the course of time it takes to get purchased. It also states in the manual not to allow the scooter to be stored in a place over 75 degrees Fahrenheit because it can affect the battery. I wonder how it's been stored for the past year (I know it had to be hot in the semi during delivery in August). I've had it for the past week and it's been running satisfactory so far. My daughter is really enjoying it. I'm so glad I bought wrist/hand guards, elbow pads, and knee pads. She took a couple spills before getting the hang of it and they allowed her the time it took to get used to it without getting hurt.

Good for near level terrain.

geoffnc November 2, 2012

The scooter is good for <100 lbers or near level terrain for the rated weight. My main criticism is the shipping container. The shipping box's built in handles are not of sufficient strength to support the 60 lb scooter inside. The first shipment arrived with the handles ripped out, the box ripped nearly in half and the scooter damaged beyond repair from being dropped on it's tail. The second shipment arrived with one handle ripped out of the box, and the rear fender scratched, but not broken. I wasn't about to lug this second one to the post office and decided to accept the scratches. Too bad these are not sold in the store where shipping and handling can be observed before purchase.

Great for kids

bryston January 3, 2014

Works great for my 10 year old even on hills. As for adults it struggles up hills and very short run times.

Nice scooter, crappy shipping and handling

christopher August 1, 2020

Package came damaged, so much that it bent the chain sprocket. Had to call the company and get a new rear wheel assembly. Thank god I can fix things, because this is not an easy repair.

Worst condition ever

xrayjojo1 August 30, 2013

My son saved all summer for this and we got it and had it shipped to store for pick up. Brought it home to find that is was scratched, dented and stickers peeling off. So I returned it and reordered another. When that one came it was in worse condition and even broke!!! I have never been so disappointed in walmart. My son has been heart broken twice now!! I did not reorder- I went to another company!!!
