came in a highly damaged box with a huge hole in it, i thought maybe its original packaging was inside the box nope, its pieces have poked out the hole. it was suppose to be fullfilled by walmart but they changed to a 3rd party seller, walmarts customer service was of no help. This is a Christmas present for my son and hes homeschooled, im in a rural area and fed ex is a hour away and i cant cart my child around to exchange ot at walmart so he can see his gift. i have never see a more awful box i cant believe this was allowed to leave a warehouse like this

Gift for my granddaughter but after charging for 24 hrs, one battery was only at 13 and the other at 9 and was hot. The motor ran until she got on it and it wouldn't work. Seems to have been rebuilt or tampered with. Also, the date on the box was 9/2021 but on the scooter was 2017 so I feel like it was used.

Did not work. Bought this for my 8 year old and i followed the directions of letting it charge for 24 hours before first use and the charger never turned green. Figured I'd try it and although the light turns on when I power it on it does not go. I never owned an electric scooter I figured it'd be simple charge and go but it doesn't seem like it

Out of the box it never worked! We charged it the 12 hours required and had a running start and it would never come on. We bought an E300 at the same time, same preparation, and it works perfectly. Must be a lemon but it ruined my daughter's big gift for Christmas. Thankfully her older sister is sharing her scooter until we can get a replacement.

I bought this for my little cousin and he loves it. The scooter is perfect for a 10 yr old. My daughter whom is 22 did a test drive on it and it held up perfectly. Glad I made this purchase.

Overall it's a great scooter. Unfortunately it came with a broken kickstand.
