RCA 32in. 720p 60 Hz HD LED TV

I was shopping for a plain tv not smart. I love that the setup was easy. I don't like smart tv's

32 inch is perfect for my apartment and I always buy RCA because I can use it as a TV or a computer monitor. This is my 5th RCA TV and I'm quite happy with their performance. I have a friend who was using a 22 inch monitor and I encouraged him to buy the 32 inch RCA and he was amazed at the larger size and performance.

I have been without a television for over a year. So, have been reading a lot. This RCA 32" LED HD is the perfect size for me. The prize was far less than I expected for this quality. The features cover all areas of concern/need to adjust it suit me. It arrived a day earlier than expected.

The picture is good. The price is great. The sound is terrible and the HDMI output line does NOT work to a sound bar. The Aux output line works but even at max volume, it is very low. (The issue is not the sound bar, as other things work with that.) I reached out to support with RCA and they did not even answer, and their website does not offer support for simple (not smart or combo) TVs. You get what you pay for, as usual.

I have owned many RCA TV's and this is the first time I have ever had a problem. The sound is so garbled, I have tried to fix it by adjusting the volume and sound, but nothing works. I need a TV, but would truly like to return it for a replacement. I really think it is a lemon! Very unhappy with it!! Any suggestions??

I ordered a TV and it wouldn't work when I got it. I was so disappointed. I really wanted the TV and now I'm afraid to order another one. They don't sell the small RCA's in the stores. I am grateful that I'm going to get my money back. Thank you

tv came without a remote, instructions, or screws for the legs. I think they sent me a returned item. walmart please contact me to get all that should be included.

Bought two of these online during Black Friday sale….unsure if a manufacturer defect or damaged during shipping but both had damaged pixels - distorted screen image…was able to return them for a refund but could not exchange them for same cheaper Black Friday price….so had to pay regular retail price in order to get them by Xmas

Black Friday price was great! Online order and shipping was easy! However, once I turned it on, there were horizontal lines on the screen making it unviewable. I had to return it. I was disappointed in the quality or was it damaged in transit? I didn't want to take the chance to get another one in case it was quality.

This product is defective .... I noticed the box had extra tape on it and when I hooked it up it had lines going through the screen ...... there was marks on it that looked like a water marks as well....I am very disappointed with this purchase and will be taking it back after the holidays ....
