RCA 50" Class 4K Ultra HD (2160P) LED TV (RLDED5098-UHD)

Item arrived one day later than expected but , in great shape and the delivery person even carried it into the house for me ( I am disabled ) picture on TV is great however sometimes when I change channels the sound goes off but, that could be a problem with my satellite receiver. overall excellent service and quality.

I'm very pleased with my 50 inch RCA 4K television. It arrived on time. It was easy to set up. The picture quality is excellent. It is absolutely what I wanted. I highly recommend this product and will definitely buy another one. In fact I have another one in my cart now.

I had this tv for a week now. The picture is really nice, colors are amazing, keep in mind I’m moving for an old lcd tv. I connected this to my computer and games and movies look amazing. Easy to setup. The sound could be improved not the best. Also the screen is a little bit too reflective .

I bought this for my bedroom as a replacement to an older 40in flat screen tv. This TV looks great with normal satellite reception. It looks even better with video games. I haven't tried watching 4k video yet but with a normal blu ray it looks great. It is a great TV for the price!

Really like the picture one this tv. Very light weight and thin. The only thing is I can't use my cable remote to turn volume up and down cause cable company doesn't have this model on there list. So have to use both remotes. So really it is the cable services issue.

Love this tv ! Image is amazing ! And sound quality is pretty good. With the AC on I have to turn it up a bit but it’s not a big issue tbh. TV is in bedroom and works great! Just remember this is not a smart tv! I ended up buying a Roku streaming stick and downloaded the apps through roku. But other then that it’s awesome

I purchased this Tv in Nov 2019 t is April and the sound is going out. Not good at all. I have purchased this brand before and had no issues I have a 32 inch RCA and have it for 3 years no issues at all so I thought I would be good. Disappointed very with RCA

We purchased 2 of these and one of them was damaged. We sent it back and they sent a replacement. We looked at the replacement and it did not look damaged, and we didn't plug it in right away, as we didn't need it at that moment. When we did plug it in, 2 months later, it was damaged. Walmart would not take it back and gave us the information to contact Curtis, the maker of the television, and they also would not take it back because it was damaged and not a "warranty" issue.

I've had this tv for a short time. There is a very strong toxic smell that comes off it when it is turned on. Something like burnt plastic. It gets so strong that i have to switch the tv off after an hour. Otherwise the tv works fine. Picture is decent. Sound is ok. I had a RCA tv before and it was amazing, thats why I specifically bought RCA afain even though i was getting better deals on some other brands. But that smell is too much. One has to wonder what corners are they cutting, what chemicals are they exposing us to? Had i know this i would not have bothered with this tv, I am hoping it goes away soon otherwise I may have to return it. Any one else have a similar issue? How long did it last?

Had this TV for about 6 months when black circles and lines started appearing on it. Contacted customer service and said they wouldn't fix it cause it was my fault even though I did nothing to the tv. Stay far away from RCA, Vizio is made better by far.
