RCA 55" 4K UHD HDR LED WebOS Smart TV (RWOSU5549)

The picture on this TV is amazing! I love that it's a smart TV and that you have many option for the picture (sports, movie, etc) and that you can adjust the type of sound. It's very easy to customize and I really enjoy watching this TV. This TV is also huge but fit very very well on the TV stand I used for my old 48” TV. I highly recommend this TV.

I bought this tv and I been having problem with the turn on and off, I am not sure if is the remote control or the tv; I have to plug out from the power and power back and them turn on manually on the back of the tv and work. what I can do in this case because my lady throw in the trash the tv box. Thanks

First of all, we love the picture quality. The sound requires a sound bar, no biggie. The only problem is when we turn it off at night it turns itself back on! If one of us gets up in the middle of the night, it gets turned off again but is always back on in the morning. Can't get an answer from tech support either.

Exactly one month from the purchase date and the TV stopped working. The power light is on, however, no response when pressing the power button on the remote. I have a fire stick plugged in and the firestick remote is programmed to power the TV. Neither remote works (fire stick remote and the remote it comes with) unless you unplug the power cord and plug it back in. That is the only way the TV will turn back.

Bought the tv, could not set it up. Country was preset to Cananda. Worked on it for 3hrs trying to change to USA, watched You Tube videos, googled %26 called RCA. RCA was no help completed a help ticket for a call back in a week! Customer service was terrible! Returned tv to walmart next day! Never again will I buy an RCA tv!

The tv worked fine for 4 1/2 months, then started showing a black screen. Very disappointed swore RCA was a good brand. On my way to return it to Walmart will be trying a different brand instead. Did I mention I called RCA 1-800 number left a message yet to hear back.

I received the first tv and it would not power on the next day. Walmart sent a replacement without picking up the first one and the second one would not power on out of the box. I spent the better part of a week trying to get them returned. Would not recommend the hassle of this product.

the TV set for approximately a month we finally opened it and plugged it in. You have to unplug the TV every time you want to watch it, it has to reboot and then you have to put all your apps back in it. We have tried everything to fix this problem now I'm going to have to try and start a return.

The tv worked perfectly for about 2 weeks then I noticed that the remote would stop working from time to time. Over a course of 2 weeks I tried several things. The first thing I did was replaced the batteries, second, I unplugged the tv for a few minutes, third, I purchased a universal remote thinking that would solve the problem. The universal remote worked for a week. without the remote I was unable to operate the home menu. Lastly I downloaded a remote that worked but it had a lot of ads popping up. I don't know if all of these TV's have that same issue but for me, it wasn't worth the money so i will be returning it.
