TV arrived in great packaging - no damages. It was easy to set up and get connected. Picture quality is great!

Size for the price is good. Picture quality is good, maybe not quite OLED but very watchable at a much better price. Setup is easy, networking is straightforward, plenty of connections for video input, USB, discrete audio/video, etc. Sound quality is good, controls seem effective for setting voice priority, music frequencies, etc. Very satisfied with my purchase so far.

This TV was such a great deal, we couldn't pass it up. The picture is beautiful. RCA is a tride and true brand that people may have forgotten about. Honestly, I'm starting to think Samsung and LG are scamming people out of money because this TV is comparable to my Samsung that I paid way more for. The set up was super easy and even the least tech savvy person could get done. Highly recommend it.

Amazing buy. Was a little leery of going with an RCA, but for the price I went w it. Couldn’t believe I got it for under $400 and it’s worked great. Seems like RCA has gone back up w their quality vs the last few decades. My holiday steal of the year for sure.

Great value on Post Black Friday sale. RCA 65 in. was a fantastic buy. Delivery came as advertised. Installation was menu drive. Opened box at half time for Bronco game. Assembled stand previously. Completed and watched 2nd half, watching Broncos lose at the last minute. this is the good, bad and Ugly, all on the same day.

Arrived beat up but OMG!!! IT. IS. EPIC!!!!!!!!!!! O and buy a stand fit for a 70in tv because the legs (as pictured) are on the ends of each side. Just saving you a return trip to the store. Gotta love WalletWorld.....

Buyer Beware I purchased the installation plan for $79 and I was contacted by the installer and I let them know I needed to change the date. I never heard back from them and I installed the TV myself. Called Walmart for a refund and they told me to contact "Angi" which is a service company of some kind. I explained that the contractor did not install the TV and I needed a refund. They refused and blamed me, saying I was not going to get a refund. I said okay, please provide your companies contact information because I am going to sue your company, ask for 6% interest and you can pay a lawyer to show up. Their customer service rep then asked if I could hold so she could talk to her supervisor. I said sure and after about 5 minutes she came back on the line and said my refund was approved. The work was not provided and they should have given me money back without threats of litigation. I will not use Walmart installation services again as Walmart offers no protection to the customer. They use a shaddy company that will steal your money.

The item showed up broken. After carefully unpackaging the TV set and then plugging it in, the screen appears shattered from the inside of the TV set. I know nobody else gives a crap about my TV set, but come on! Have some pride in your work and quit throwing stuff around in the warehouse! It makes some very unhappy customers. Well now you guys can come pick it up because this TV is too big to fit in my car!

the tv controller cant work with the tv I just got it today and the controller dont work I changed the battery's and still cant work the tv turns on manually but the remote wont work at all
