I’ve own a few pairs of hearing aids and have never been comfortable wearing them or not satisfied with sound qualities. I got these RCA OTC hearing Aids and WOW! What a difference these made. I like the way they look and feel like a pair of earbuds. This set comes with different size ear domes that will assure an exact fit for your ear. They are comfortable with a low profile. The volume is adjustable for each ear and this is convenient for different situations. I learned to adjust them for conversations, then readjust them for watching television. If they are turned to the highest level, I get a squealing sound from feedback. they do not separate conversations and sounds like the TV at the same time very well and at times I have to turn my head toward the source that I’m listing to in order to accommodate this. They come with an Attractive case with a bright Blue display that indicates the charge level and they are easy to take out and put back into the case for charging. The charging time is fast and use time between charging seems to be very good. The Instructions that come with them are simple and diagramed to indicate everything you need to know without a lot of hassle. The instructions also tell you how to use them for optimal performance. I would defiantly choose these over other hearing amplifiers as they are superior to others that I have owned.
I must say these hearing aids are so worth the price.RCA stands good on these hearing aids. The sound is very good and they don't sound a cheep one. I also like not to deal with buying batteries. They hold charge all day for me. I would say buy these you will not be sorry.
Oh my goodness. I finally got these charged up and put them on. What a difference. I don't use hearing aids, but do have some hearing loss. Especially watching TV. Sometimes it is too loud, or not loud enough. I can't always understand what is being said, but these little jewels are perfect. I put these in, turn the volume down on the TV and enjoy. There is no feedback, or screeching. I would totally recommend these to anyone that has a little trouble hearing some words or tones. I was watching a channel and could actually hear a bees wings. I will be using these all the time now, especially while watching TV!
I think that these over the counter hearing aid appliances are fantastic! I have never used them before and a truly do work. What I also like about this product is that it is a quality name that has been around for a hundred years.. The charging of the earbuds themselves is fast at a hundred percent and it lasts me for a good day and a half and then I will charge them again.. Myself I chose earbuds because I wanted it to hide in my hair. My hair is longer. So I wanted it to hide. But even if you had short hair, it really doesn't matter because people would think that you just have earbuds in. Once you put the earbuds in to your ear canal. You press on the outer side and hold for a couple seconds and it will turn on.. The volume adjustment is on the left and the right side of the earbud itself. So when they are in your ear you would just adjust the volume accordingly. They truly do work it's amazing. The only downfall of this product is that when I am speaking. I hear myself in my head because it also amplifies my voice. I do not wear hearing AIDS. So I am assuming that hearing aids pretty much work the same concept. It would take an adjustment to get used to and I will get used to this. It does work, it's fantastic for watching t. V. It doesn't have to be full-blown volume now. And it make comfortable for other people in the room. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is needing to amplify. Or just a hearing tweak of extra volume.
These OTC Hearing aids have been a huge improvement to my hearing loss. I was skeptical about buying OTC hearing aids but thought I would give them a try. They are rechargeable which I was looking for instead of having to buy batteries. There is some getting use to them, I had feedback where my own voice was echoing. My daughter says she could hear a high pitch sound while I was wearing them but I didn't hear that. The instruction booklet was very minimal with little information however I did find the RCA website that has a support tab that had lots of information to help make the transition of not hearing to hearing. After following the support suggestions I found these hearing aids to help me tremendously. I do wish that they did not stick out from my ear so much as I have hit them a couple times with my hand. Overall I like these hearing aids and would recommend them.
Awesome hearing aids. Just a little bigger than I thought, but for $250 they can’t be beat. They aren’t actually hearing aids but more like hearing amplifiers. They help a lot buy using noise canceling technology along with 3 levels of amplification. They come with 3 different sizes of ear tips. I got these for my dad since he’s starting to have difficulty hearing ( I think it’s just old man selective hearing ). But he likes these. The case can hold a charge for about 48 hours and the actual hearing aids last about 15 hours. They have an ip22 water resistant rating so you and be outdoors in a little rain. The case looks like an AirPod case charges via usb type c. Not bad for the price. Especially since real hearing aids cost thousands. Worth the price.
First off one hearing aid didn't work, one did work. Adjustments are very hard to get working properly, takes several minutes to accomplish proper adjustments. Once it's adjusted the sound is fine, but could be better. One fell out of ear twice. As you can tell by the picture they are not actually the " in ear style" but rather large, but are still much better than the "above the ear style" I like that they are rechargeable and no batteries are needed. They have a nice hard plastic case that uses a USB C connection. It has a digital display. I charge them overnight and they last all day. They are not the worse I have used, but could use some improvements, especially in quality control since one did arrive not working.
I really like my RCA OTC in ear hearing aids. They are nice looking and very easy to put in the ear. They came with three sets of domes to protect your ears. Small, medium and large. I used the small as I have a very small head which also gives me small ear canals. I wear them only in my home as I don't want to take a chance on losing one or both until I can get use to them. Since I have a small head, they started to fall out. I tried everything to make sure they would stay in but the small domes were to big. I will have to wear an over the ear type. I really like the RCA OTC hearing aids as I have short hair and wanted to sort of hide them. Oh well, so I do want to say they are a very attractive set and if you are in the market for a nice looking set and a good hearing product, the RCA OTC would be a good choice.
We were excited to get these for my husband. He wanted to save a lot of money and we were very optimistic about this product. They were very easy to charge; but that’s the only plus. The feedback is absolutely horrible and to my knowledge no way to fix it. I would not recommend this product.
Purchased for my mom. received the. promptly. she yry putting them on. one works other doesn't. Very disappointed.
