They didn't have the amplification needed. Probably fine for most.

Infant mortality, or poor quality control?
Out of the box, the charge case did not work. I re-watched the installation videos 3 times to make sure I was following the User's manual correctly. None of the case lights would light orange. I could not charge the hearing aids, so I cannot comment on how they worked.

Archer does not work...lights do not go on very disappointed. I doubt they checked this for quality control before it left for shipment! nothing works!

AIDS didn't charge
I read and reread directions and never got any of the lights on cars to come on. Hearing aids didn't charge

The darn thing never changed. I had it on the charger all night and it never changed. piece of crap.

Useless non-hearing aids
Left and right hearing aid did does not charge equally. One button operation is hard to reach, No way of identifying what the volume is set at. Hollow sound.

Recharger not working
The recharger is not working. Returned the first thinking it was a fluke but the 2nd one is the same. So disappointed
