I am awestruck. This freezer is FANTASTIC. It came in beautiful condition. For the price it can't be beat. The freezer in my fridge went out a few years ago and I got tired of spending money to get it fixed. Couldn't afford a new fridge or freezer. So glad I waited. You can't hear it running and it maintains a constant - 10 degrees. I love my new freezer.!!!! Make sure you wait 24 hours before you plug it in so it can settle after shipping.

It's very roomy, lightweight, and a great price. It does exactly what is needed, which is to keep things frozen. It weighs just over 70 pounds, and has casters on the bottom to make moving and positioning quite easy. And if you look at larger freezers, like 15 cf, yes it's half the size, but only one quarter the price. So you could buy three, have 6 cf more than the large deep freezers, and still save $200

I have to say the way it was shipped was amazing it was well protected i have mine since January 15,2021 and it works perfectly so far i have to say i would buy another one it works as it should and as a single mom this makes me happy to know i am able to get a great product that works great for my family Now on the other hand the fedex man was extremely rude he wouldn't even help a single mom get this deep freezer through my door mind you i have health issues and he didnt care it did take me over an hour to get through my door all by myself I just give God all the glory I hope fedex high better people

I was expecting a bad thing, with all the terrible reviews about being dinged and dented. NOT ONE SCRATCH! And it came much faster than it said it would. it is running since Sunday (5 days now), and all my food is frozen, it is super quiet, and spacious. And it was less than $200, do i lucked out! Provided it doesn't suddenly keel over, i am happy with my purchase.

Iam glad that the deep freezer came two days earlier then it was expected, but I was very angry to see the big dent that was on it. I called to and to compensate me for the dent they took 10% off which was 19.90. that was not including the tax. It is a nice freezer but if you want it dent free go pick it up your self, and then you put up own dent in it.

We were super thrilled about the Quick delivery only to open the box and found that our item was damaged. There was a pretty large dent/hole in the front of the freezer. Seems to be working fine but it's a huge eye sore and we're very upset that we paid full price for a damaged item.

The item arrived damaged. My husband spent a ton of time chatting with customer service, which he got the run around. They are supposed to pick it back up, thankfully, because we cannot bring it to the store for return. I think it would have been a good deal if shipping hadn't damaged it so bad.

I bought 2 and followed the directions the freezers got cold so after a couple of days I filled them up with fresh vegetables and meats thinking they brand new of course I have nothing to worry about. But my groceries never froze they thawed out. Poor product hoping to be able to return

Bought freezer after hunting to store meat. l After moving the unit I allowed it to sit for 24 hours. Placed it on 4 setting for 24 hours. all recommended by the manufactor. Unit does not get cold. Wont keep froozen foods cold and wont freeze water. Cranked it to the higest setting. Bottom frooze for a day then slowly dissapated. Maybe I got a lemon but it has been nothing but a pain so far.

I ordered the freezer and it arrived very quickly. The size of the freezer is great, but when the package arrived and I opened it, there was a dent on the back side vent as well on the side vent. The box itself didn't have dents on it, so it appeared that this was purchased and possibly returned. On top of that it doesn't seem that the return process is very easy as now I have to somehow figure out how to transport this freezer to the store (which was the reason I had it shipped) or mail it (which they recommend you insure it, which will cost money that I shouldn't have to pay in the first place), Very unhappy with the process.
