RCA Roku, QLED 65" Class 4K UHD Smart TV, RTRQ6522-US, Black

2nd time purchasing an RCA, wanted to upgrade to a Smart TV. The first one didn't disappoint and so far the 2nd one hasn't either. Shipping was fast and I had no damage! Features were easy to navigate so if your new to Smart TV you have nothing to worry about.

What a GREAT picture!!!! This is our first smart tv and QLED.....IT IS GORGEOUS!!!!.... Set up is a breeze!! The only downside is where the connections are placed. Since we will not be changing this tv out anytime soon.....it is not really a problem.....we love this tv and the price CAN NOT BE BEAT!!!

With all of the good reviews about the picture quality and sound, I expected this moderately priced TV to have both. It has neither. My eight -year-old Samsung gets a better picture than this, and the sound goes through the roof at every commercial. If it weren't such a large TV and a pain to return, I would do it. Not impressed with this TV, and do not recommend to others. Do you only plus was being able to take it out of the box and essentially plug and play. Very easy set up.

When we got the tv it was damaged. The screen was broke. Sent it back and a replacement was ordered but after 2 weeks the status still said processing. When I talked to a CSR she didn't know why it was being delayed. I said just cancel it. I don't remember her name but it wasn't her fault and I didn't yell at her. She was nice and friendly.

My first time ordering at Walmart.com and got a broken one. Been trying to have them replace it but it has been 11 days now since I received the damaged product and for whatever reason, they cant provide me a proper label to have it picked up first so they can start sending me the replacement. They will only send you the replacement once they receive the return product yet they cant provide me a proper label to have it picked up. Very frustrated.

Worked fine for 1 month then some days the volume wont come on and twice now its gone to a gray static screen. Walmarts policy says 90 day returns except for in very small print 30 day returns on electronics

This TV starting flashing black and white less than 2 months after purchase. It is mounted and was never dropped or has had water damage. Warranty team states it will take weeks to replace my unit as they are not sending technicians out at this moment.

TV was big looked nice however....when we plugged it in....screen was damaged. Looked at security cameras to see delivery...was carried by one person on his shoulder/ back, when he went to set it down he was holding plastic packing strip and it broke and the TV hit the ground and pillar to house...loud crunching sound he picked up the broken plastic strap and took it with hi. So we had no idea. Saying no on recommendation only because of delivery we have no review of tv.

Unfortunately it arrive with a broken screen. The refund process was great as after FedEx delivery, I just had to return it to my Walmart store. I tried to buy another, but it was out of stock. So I ended up with a TLC 65" Class 5-Series 4K UHD Dolby Vision HDR QLED Roku Smart TV - 65S535 for $629...this time shipped with nothing broken.

Took my chances despite all the broken screen reviews and received a broken 65” screen. Turn it on and a 6 inch white line down the middle of the screen. No longer in stock. I also bought the 50” QLED and that arrived same day, no issues. Normally I wouldn't write a review, but with so many that received with broken screen (10%) of reviews, be willing to take the chance and frustration.
