After throat surgery and radiation I have had a head forward appearance for years. Even though I work out every week in the gym the neck doesn't get much from any exercises. I thought I would give this a try and I have to say it was a great decision. It was exactly what I needed. I use it usually twice a week for a couple of sets. My head posture is as it should be now.

Quality was surprisingly great, the thing stays right on the head, you can adjust it from the top, jaw, around the head. The material is thick, doesn't feel like it's going to rip, the velcro is shockingly good, seriously if you want a budget friendly head harness, invest on this bad boy.

This neck harness works well. I would suggest only using lighter weights when you use this harness though, as when I use heavier weights I was experiencing some back pain, but I don't think that is due to the quality of the equipment, just the problem with this type of workout. With light weights it's good though. I try to stay at about 15 pounds. I have used 25 pounds but I think that may be a little too much. Just use lighter weights and go for more repetitions.

This item is solidly built and snug when worn. Note that the picture shows a chain but one was not included - not a problem. It works well when pulling from front or behind but shifts a lot when pulling from the side due to the side band sitting too high on my head (not sure how many people this would affect). The Velcro is strong and doesn't release at all.
