So far, so good! I just received them today in time for my afternoon workout. I sustained an injury to my arm last week, making it difficult to grip or hold much weight. I used them today to hold 50 lbs dumbbells for rows along with some other movements, and they worked great. There was no strain on my injured arm at all while lifting. I will still have to test them with heavy deadlifts.

Strong, and has good grip; good for weight lifting, pull ups. Helped relieve the pain on injured finger while workouts - shifts the weight to wristband, and across the hand. The hook has non-slip coating, which is a plus. Velcro band tightens around wrist and secures it tight. Would recommend.

I have terrible osteoarthritis in both wrists. The lifting straps allow me to do curls and other weight exercises without staining my wrists. Great product!

This product, RDX weight lifting hooks are just what I needed. They are well built and I get the impression that they will last a long time. They are better than I thought they would be.

These worked exactly as I had hoped. The wrist straps fit comfortably above my regular padded lifting gloves and the hooks sit just in the curl of my fingers. They are very sturdy yet comfortable to use even with 360%23 deadlifts

Using it for pull-ups/dead hangs. Works great to increase hang time 25-50%. May be too big for small wrists

These are very heavy duty hooks ( more so than I will ever need, but I suppose that is a good thing).

I read some reviews of this and others before I got them and I was a little hesitant and skeptical. I was guessing and hoping these were good. I usually don't want to go with the cheapest nor the most expensive...all I'm looking for is for them to perform as advertised. if they do that and the quality is good, then no complaints. I workout at a small gym and I just leave them there so anyone can use them if they'd like. I have no complaints...and have heard no complaints. I'm 215lbs...and I'm not bouncing up and down. just hanging. I don't go for more than 2 minutes...and I do get them tight enough to provide support. they do leave a mark...but they are supporting my body weight, so that pretty much what I expected. they are absolutely doing what I needed them to do and I have no complaints.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered this product and it never arrived. Walmart did process a refund. so not order from this item. should have ordered from Amazon.
