[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush was simple to use. I am not a person that really likes a "all the perks" kind of toothbrush and this fit the bill and was easy to use. I do think personally I would like a softer head for it than the medium.

This is the only toothbrush my husband will use. Unfortunately, I did not receive this item. That is the only reason I am giving it a 3 rating. He loves this toothbrush and I would have given it a 5 if I had received it.

New advanced bi level bristles dont work good for me, had to use a razor knife and remove the longer front and rear bristles to use the brush well! Old design was much better, still like the angled stem design just not the brushes.I have been using reach brushes for over 40 years now.
