I like the bristles, hard, most people don't, I think. The are hard to find in stores I shop. Good product.

If you want hard bristles this is it. My gums have became sensitive again since using these so I am ordering soft bristles now. I am heavy handed but using soft bristles never make me feel like my teeth are clean like harder bristles do. That being said the product is as described so user problem not the product.

I only use the reach firm toothbrushes the soft and medium bristles they're not good enough to even clean your teeth I've always used these firm bristles and they can be hard to find because almost every toothbrush and the toothbrush aisle says soft or medium and that's just not enough to clean your teeth I've always used these and I buy extra when I order them because like I said sometimes they can be hard to find

My husband likes these firm brushes. I have bought him the generic “firm” brushes before and they were not firm at all. These brushes may cost slightly more than the generics, but they are really firm and totally worth it. For some reason, firm toothbrushes are not sold in any of my local stores, so I had to have these delivered. They came very quickly and neatly packaged.

Even though the package was delayed about 3 days, it was well worth the wait. These toothbrushes are worth the wait. Best ones I've ever purchased. The bristles were the perfect strength, and the functionality "reach"ed it's goal. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!!

They were too stiff, but I'm using them. I'll learn.

these toothbrushes need to be kept in stock

For a so called firm brush these are not very firm. Reach Crystal Clean toothbrushes are firmer if you really like firm brushes but they are not as firm as past years either. But the Crystal Clean brushes are the firmest brush I can find these days. Does anyone know of any other firm toothbrushes which are really firm?

This rating is for the delivery and not the toothbrush itself. The toothbrush is a 5 star. This is a toothbrush I have been buying from the store for years. It is a very good brush and I do recommend it. I ordered this online for the first time and got the wrong items. As if that was not bad enough, the item was dropped at my door (as shown in the picture) in a plastic bag that was not even sealed!!! Who does that?!!! It was not the only thing I ordered, so, why not just send it in the box with the other stuff?
