I have a 7-foot-reclining sofa that I not only sit on every day but I also sleep on every night. I have two small dogs that think the sofa is their dog bed, so I have to keep it covered with a huge California King comforter. My sofa is very comfortable, but it is not great for watching television. When I recline, my neck is not supported and I am too low to see the TV. This bed pillow is terrific. It not only supports my back, but it also supports my neck. The arms are held in place by Velcro pads on straps. This is good because I have owned other bed-rest pillows that the arms tore off the main body of the pillow or lost their shape and ended up flat and useless for resting your arms on. The funny part of this back rest is it came inside a small box. When I opened the box there is this tube shaped item inside, about 3-feet long tightly wrapped in thick plastic. I used some blunt-ended scissors, that I use to trim the dog's hair, and carefully cut the plastic off. Suddenly like magic, the bed rest began to expand to full size. If you buy one, make sure to have your small children or grandchildren watch the Grand Opening. It was very entertaining.

Just what the doctor ordered..

This reading pillow looks like what I was looking for. However I haven't been able to actually use it yet because it smells like dead fish. I sprayed it with Febreze odor remover and it is hanging in the garage for now.I hope the smell comes out, it is strong.

It was too tall to comfortably support my neck area. Also the arm rest was not long enough to support my entire arm. The entire pillow is made of very firm foam without padding. Overall, it's a nice product. Just wasn't comfortable for me.

It came vacuum sealed and has an awful odor that is very strong. not very supportive

The pillow with is too skinny and I need to return it but can't get it back in the box. Can I return at store?
