Customer service is awful!!
Received the tops, decided not to keep them. Tried to return them, but WalMart Service desk said I had to contact the seller. Called the company and all representatives were busy so leave a message.. left about 10 messages, called numerous times over a 7 day period and no response to any of my messages. I'm stuck with 3 different pack of tops that I don't want. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM REAL ESSENTIALS AGAIN!!!!

Real Essential company has terrible customer service.Tried to talk to a representative but no response so I left many messages to return my call. BUT THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO A SINGLE MESSAGE OF MINE. So beware…..
