super easy to assemble. shipped in 2 boxes - the heating element and the frame. arrived within 3 days of placing the order when it said it would take up to 2 weeks - what a pleasant surprise! sturdy and looks great, totally recommend!

Don't regret this purchase!
Absolutely love this fireplace. Was nervous to make a big furniture purchase online but this was worth it. Was debating on a 48 inch fireplace but so glad we opted for this slightly bigger one. The flames are perfect and look real. If theres anything negative to say, its that the temp option jumps from 71 degrees to 75 degrees and thats a big heat difference. Would have been nice if 72 or 73 degree option was in between.

Very pretty
Easy to assemble, looks very nice. Used for the first time today and hope the burning plastic smell is just due to heater being new.

Very nice overall I love it.! Only wish the heating vent was at the bottom instead of top.

The unit is beautiful, functional
The unit is beautiful, functional and the flame was impressive for an electric fireplace. The adjustable temperature flame color and brightness were an added plus. We were unaware the unit required assembly by thr purchaser. However, the instructions were explicit, simple and easy to follow. Assembly took a little over two hours and the finished product exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful and realistic electric fireplace
I purchased this after returning a piece of garbage Dimplex electric fireplace to another retailer. It arrived very well packaged with no damage. Assembly was easy with very good directions. The fireplace looks great and has lots of adjustments to get the led lights looking very realistic. The heat it produces is enough to warm a large size room.

Good but could be better with more realistic desig
its pretty but the flame is not very realistic but not bad, it was damaged in some places as well but company was nice to give us 10% refund but still I feel it's overpriced
