Real Flame Chateau Electric Fireplace in White

I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. It was very easy to put together, with detailed instructions and all of the tools/hardware included in the package. There are many different options to choose from with the lighting of the fire and also the temperate control. You are able to set the temperate to whatever degree you'd like (as opposed to only having the option of "low", "medium", or "high") which is a very helpful feature. Perfect fit for our basement rec-room. Highly recommend!

Well I thought for sure that the gel would come with fire place however I was wrong. It's a good thing though that I found a distributor in my state about 40 miles away that sells the gel fuel. So since I have an account set up with them I can have the jail sent to me no charge as far as shipping goes and I really enjoying the Ambiance of it all I sat there practically the whole 3 hours until the jail went out because I enjoyed it so much I thought it was going to be actually just a little bit bigger than what it was however I live in a town home so it did make it quite cozy and warm having it there and I can't wait to use it even more this winter thank you Jet.

Love the wood appearance, makes it look like a regular piece of furniture. Heats room nicely.

We love absolutely everything about this fireplace! Easy to assemble, instructions perfect, installed, and hooked up in less than 90 minutes. The flame is gorgeous and the warm flows easily to take the chill off of the room. It's a winner!

It looks nice! Easy to put together. Quality product.We purchased this fireplace for an apartment that we built in our basement.The white one was out of stock everywhere online. So glad we waited until we (waited about 8 weeks) until it was back in stock.I would suggest ordering while it's back in stock.

This fireplace was put together by our son in less than 1 hour, no complications. All the parts were there and fit together perfectly. This is very white, which is exactly what I was looking for. Looks great! I have not used it enough to tell you about how it heats, yet. It does not seem to make any noise as I have read that others have had.

The fireplace is beautiful in our den. Assembly was very easy and quick. The biggest issue for us was the firebox goes all the way to the rear of the fireplace with no room to plug in the unit directly behind it. So you can't make it flush with the wall.

The flame is beautiful, but the fireplace doesn't feel that warm even on the highest heat setting. I was satisfied with the mantle.. The frame is sturdier than I expected. I would compare the warmth to a small space heater. The small remote is convenient. My home may be too open for the fireplace, but it definitely adds character to my decor.

Haven't put it together yet wish it was already assembled
