Real Flame Kipling Electric Fireplace in White Marble

I love love love this electric fireplace. It was so easy to out together. The instructions are straight to the point and simple. No tools needed. I am beyond satisfied! I will be purchasing another one. This one went in my livingroom! I need a smaller one for my bedroom. But i would highly recommend this product. Definitely worth the money.

Love it. HOWEVER. I ordered it in white marble and the “ marble” is all black. It was sent in two shipments a week apart and I'm just not willing to send it back. It's still beautiful. Flame is very pretty. I would recommend this product but maybe the shippers/packers could be more aware.....

Finally got a fireplace for my home after 20 years! The lower level of our home has always been uncomfortable for watching movies and hanging out, but this electric fireplace solved the problem. Not only is it beautiful, but it heats our nearly 500 foot room with no problem.

The electric fireplace that I ordered is not the one I received, which was very, very disappointing. I ordered the one in the picture above and received one with black tile not the white and gray marble look. I called customer service and the one ordered was on back order, I could return the one received but we had it all layed out on our floor as we were going to put it together. The ordering of this fireplace was very misleading, it showed the marble fireplace, I saw no place where you would order the on with black instead of white/gray. We did keep the one we received and I do love the fireplace. For the price excellent quality, looks beautiful, customer service was great to deal with my only complaint was not receiving the one I thought I ordered. I order a lot from hayneedle and have never been unsatisified with anything I ordered. Again, this fireplace is beautiful, good construction and good quality.

I love this fireplace! It not only looks beautiful and is a wonderful statement piece, but it also keeps you warm on a cold night. I purchased this for our master bedroom. I am so glad I did, it adds that touch of romance as well.

This looks great in our livingroom. The flame is obviously not real, but that's what you get with electric. Puts out heat, looks nice.

Absolutely beautiful! Very easy to assemble.

As you can see the corners of the mantle are slightly damaged. Had to super glue a broken off attachment. The ambers are too bright though still very nice realistic flames, though I can do someThing about that. Took the glass off because there is too much reflection. Overall…probably somewhat too expensive but I bought it for the real flame look
