It looks perfect in my family room and works great! Was not hard to put together.

Comes in two boxes, one for the cabinet and other for the fireplace insert. Easy assembly like an adult lego set. Only downside is some of the smaller pieces broke out of their cardboard/plastic holder in transit. This led to one bent hinge that I bent back to shape. Once assembled, it is beautiful with more storage space than expected. Plenty of flame and heating options.

Looks great and puts out a nice bit of heat. The wooden mantle part is a bit flimsy but all in all we like it and would recommend.

I love this choice because it matched my color scheme. But, it came with a dent right in the center of the console shelf. Just a bump like crack in the wood. I kept it and will use decor to cover it.

Since were locked down with the coronavirus, I spent hours shopping for a large white electric fireplace to match my living room. Since we cannot have parties and socialize and travel this was my creative 24th anniversary gift to my husband. When it came in it was tremendously heavy and the delivery people would not even bring it in the doorway it had to sit outside all day in the rain before my husband got home to drag it in. We had to take each piece out by the front door and bring it into the living room to put together because of the weight. Please beware it is very heavy! We laid all the pieces out and started assembling, it took us two hours. This is our third electric fireplace purchase, I have one in our upstairs attic because it gets cold and one in our basement wear it is also cold. Because they seem rickety and unstable after assembly we chose to add wood glue to all the dowels when putting this monster together. It was well worth the extra time, till we got to the very last piece, the top... It needs two people to lift.. we put it on, stood back and viewed our beautiful fireplace and there is a huge corner repair that was obviously done at the factory. The front right hand corner was chipped by a previous customer, returned and the company sanded it as best they could its, its still is chipped and scrunched and looks awful and then repainted it which is slightly a different color from the original. It totally stands out!!!I am super super angry and theres no way Im boxing this huge heavy piece of junk and sending it back. I am very very very angry at this purchase. But the worst thing about it is it is not white! It is more like a greige color a cross between gray and beige. It matches nothing in my beachy white home! Sticks out like a sore thumb. I hate it. So then we get the little teeny tiny credit card sized remote control and turn it on..... There is no sound to this fireplace, all that it does is change background flame colors and looks like faux flames. There is no sound to this one theres no crackling theres no fake fire ambience. My other two fireplaces which were half the price of this one at least turns on and crackles like fireplace.?!?!?! The next issue that I have with this fireplace is it is too shallow. My DVD player will not fit behind the sliding doors nor will my DVR from my cable company. We had to take off the sliding doors and leave them off for our components to fit so now its doesnt next issue that I have with this fireplace is it is too shallow. All in all I feel like I threw almost $900 down my toilet. I will never order from this company again or from this manufacturer again. Lesson learned.
