Firstly, this dinosaur is so cute and soft. It has a cool fabric design and an expressive face because of its eyes. The beak is made of a different material that is less smooth than the rest of the body, but still satisfying to touch. It has a good shape and the claws stand out in color and are made of felt. The wings are soft and squishy. Overall it's very high quality, which is regular for this brand.
This pterodactyl is great quality. The details and colors on it are incredible. If you have a little boy in your life he will love this. It isn't as big as you think though. Take into consideration that the wing span and tail are included in the size so it seems on the small side.
This pterodactyl is vibrantly colorful. It's very soft, and has floppy wings. It's a bit smaller than I had anticipated, but my grandson loves it so I am happy with the purchase. He is three and loves all the dinosaurs and this pterodactyl was a real hit
Not every kid has a plush Blue Pterodactyl to play with, and as far as it can, this one is kinda cute. It strives to be accurate and not a cartoon version. The softness is good, the 19 inch wings are floppy, and it has some small details like claws. The colors are bright and I think this would stimulate play and interest if I were a 4 year old just discovering dinosaurs! The neck and tail are thin, so I don't think it would last too long with rough play, or if the dog grabbed it! The stitching in some areas is a little irregular, suggesting possible hand stitching after stuffing to close. It's definitely nicer than a plastic dino, but definitely not as durable. I think it would make an excellent gift, as there are other dinos in this Real Planet series. Stimulation of imagination is ensured due to the coloring, realistic details, and softness.
I was really disappointed with the Real Planet 19" Blue Pterodactyl Dinosaur plush. The quality is quite poor – the fabric feels cheap and flimsy, and the stitching isn't durable at all. After just a few days of gentle play, I noticed loose threads and some seams starting to come apart. It also doesn't look very realistic despite the description; the colors are dull and the shape is awkward, making it less appealing for a dinosaur enthusiast. Additionally, the plush toy isn't very soft or cuddly, which was a letdown for a stuffed animal. Overall, I expected better quality for the price, and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a durable, realistic dinosaur plush. Definitely not worth the hype or the expense.
It was advertised as a plushie. It was two pieces of soft cloth sewn together hard body. Looked like a $10.00 arcade item not a $25.00 item.
