I purchased this after seeing a video of people using it. The NOISE that this object creates on a bare floor worried our son's cat a little. She is 'becoming familiar' with it gradually, but for now she merely licks it or attempts to consume it. We'll see how she does after she adjusts.

My parents just adopted two kitties, and they like using this toy. Even though it is low tech, it still includes a sensor, so when it senses an impending obstacle, it shifts into reverse and moves in a different direction. It doesn't really matter that it has to be charged periodically using a USB connection.

It's a little smaller than I expected but excited for my daughter to enjoy it!

I was intrigued. After a short while, we're all bored and feeling let down. If the plastic was stretchy or softer, my cats could play with it more easily. Maybe it sounds too mechanical and is too huge. They are actual snakes, particularly when they are able to gnaw on anything. Small children or dogs would be better candidates for this product.

I was expecting a more realistic snake this is big and huge and have a noisy motor in it.
