Such a comfortable chair. Has three reclining options, so I am using it in the first recline position while working at my computer desk. Other chars, while recline, they do not have the option to keep them reclined. This one does. Nice head rest and arm rests are nice. Fabric is durable and looks very nice like an upholstered chair and fits the rest of my decor. Nicely made wheel base. Assembly was very easy, only 8 screws, and the tool is provided. The packaging was very good, allowed for rough shipping. Although the box is quite heavy, so I wouldn't think that the shipping could be rough with it. I read other reviews about the chair being misaligned or making noise. My chair's back was aligned properly. And it does not make any noise even if I spin and shift my body a lot. That's why I bought it via Walmart, so I could return it. But thankfully it is perfect.

The chair had the basic features I needed and was genuinely comfortable to sit in. The high back with the built‑in headrest was great, and the overall design fit well in a smaller workspace. I would have kept it if not for one major issue. The assembly is simple and only goes together one way, but once assembled, the seat was noticeably uneven. After a few hours of use, the tilt caused lower‑back and hip discomfort, which made the chair unusable. I contacted the seller through Walmart. They replied once, asked for photos, and then completely ghosted me. Walmart ensured the seller reached out initially, but there was no follow‑up from either party to make sure the issue was resolved. If the seller had offered advice or sent a replacement seat, I would have accepted that — the lack of response is the only reason I returned the entire chair. The in‑store return process at Walmart wasn't smooth either. Customer Service couldn't print a return receipt and told me to take a photo of the FedEx return sticker instead. It took two weeks after I initiated the return to finally receive confirmation that my refund was being processed. Overall, the defect combined with the lack of support made this a frustrating experience. I later learned the chair is manufactured and sold by Office Depot and was on sale for only $20 more on their website. Saving $20 isn't worth the hassle of dealing with a third‑party seller and a slow, uncoordinated return process.
