This top has a comfortable fit with a soft feel. It has a flex feel and moves moisture away. The sleeves and the body on this top are perfect. I would recommend this thermal to anyone being active while wearing it in colder weather.

I am 57 and wear large to extra large men's clothing. This is a large heavy layer top. Truly, winter layered top with thick heavier, weighted material. Still feel soft and although snug still have room to breathe, I would only wear an undershirt of some sort underneath, but definitely could be worn as part of a layered outdoor activity or cold weather work environment.
