Grandgirl loves it. However, in other reviews people mention delayed delivery. Believe them. I'm not sure how far they drug the box to deliver it, but it must have been a long way. The box was trashed. Thankfully, the only issue with the kart itself was one flat tire. After it was put together, the only problem is keeping fuel in it because grandgirl drives it so much.

I read several bad reviews on this go kart and because of this I was worried that they might arrive banged up or damaged. I got 2 (one for each kid) and both arrived in good shape! They did took a long time to arrive but considering it was free shipping I was expecting delays and this was not an issue for me since I was not in a hurry to receive them. The outer box did came a little banged up but the metal crate in which they come in did a good job of protecting them (although one of them did came loose from the brackets of the inner crate but thankfully the go kart was not damaged at all). The assembly is pretty easy but the tools provided are basically useless, so be prepared to use your own tools. There were no missing pieces and all four tires were fully inflated. The first go kart took around 45 minutes to assembly but on the second one it was super fast since we knew what we were doing. Once assembled just put some oil and gas with a funnel and you are good to go! The go karts started pretty much on the first pull and had no mechanical issues whatsoever! That was my main concern because some of the other reviews did say that the go kart broke after a few laps or the chain came loose. My kids rode them for about an hour, on semi bumpy roads and the go karts worked very well as you would expect a new go kart would, no mechanical issues at all. Some reviews also stated the go karts would run on their own once started, but I had no issue like this either. However this is an extremely easy issue to fix, there is a small screw right above the choke that adjusts the throttle, so a small adjustment here fixes this issue in literally seconds. (I have no mechanical knowledge and this was easy to figure out) So to summarize, these are great go karts! I had no issue with shipping, assembly or damage to the go karts, my kids were extremely happy with them!!! I got them at a great price ($493 dlls each) so I feel I got a great deal!!! If you are hesitant on getting them I would advise to get them, they are great!

Great go kart with a lot of power but the people delivering their items are terrible. Delivered to my neighbor and must have slammed it really hard because they broke the metal frame it came attached to. Box was tore up and after putting it together discovered that they actually bent the back roll bar of go kart into the motor and cracked the vacuum part of it. Luckily it still runs great! But no respect for the delivery people!

Had a few issues with the rear brake getting hot and locking up the rear axle.. I had to bleed it multiple times to be able to ride

This item was a Christmas present for my son. He was so excited to see it. The smile on his face was priceless. However... when it arrived the box was beat up very badly with holes in it. I decided to open it up and attempt to put it together so it was ready to ride Christmas morning. So that's what I did. Christmas morning he hopped in it. We tried to start it but it wouldn't start. After two hrs of messing with it we finally got it started. It drove half way around the house and cut off. Could not get it to start back up. We have paid a mechanic to fix it and he couldn't because it was messed up from the factory. Today is May 28, 2021. The go cart is still broke down. My son has been heart broken over it since Christmas morning. Walmart would not let me return it. So now I'm stuck with a broke down 800$ go kart and a sad child. Huge disappointment!

I bought it for my son for Christmas, he got maybe 20 min out of it, the clutch got stuck and when it started it drove off by itself leaving a huge whole in my house. Walmart won't expect the return and Coleman is useless, don't waste your time or money on this!

DO NOT BUY! I bought this for my child for Christmas and this could have easily turned into a life threatening situation had I not reached him fast enough. Christmas eve I test drove the go kart to ensure everything was ok. My son got on the go kart Christmas morning and I shortly heard him screaming for help. The gas pedal got stuck and he could not get it to stop. My first though was to grab the back of the go kart and it drug me a little ways before finally stopping. After this incident, his father turned the go kart on and let it run without anyone on it, after just a few seconds the go kart took off on its own without anyone even on the go kart running over his father. This go kart is extremely dangerous for children!!

We love the actual product but the packaging and the shipping were an absolute disaster! When we got the box it was open in the cracks so half of the hardware was missing and we had to go pay out of pocket for more hardware. After we assembled the go kart the chain kept popping off and we looked at it and the sprocket that the chain sits on was bent and thankfully my husband was able to fix it or otherwise my sons Christmas would have been ruined. I really would like a partial refund or discount or something because this was outrageous!

Quality control is terrible at best. The kart was scheduled to arrive between 10:00 and 2:00, it finally arrived at 6:00 PM. The box was damaged, when I un-packaged the kart the brake was not even connected (no bolts), one of the spindle nuts was missing along with all of the wheel washers. The bolts for the nose piece were the wrong size and the chain sprocket was bent. I was able to purchase all the items, including a new sprocket. Although I shouldn't have considering I paid $900.00 for the kart. All I can say is buyer beware.

Do not buy, when I say this things motor has some major issues please take my word for it. broke in less than a day. looks nice but I would be very cautious about how things look. and when it comes to return csm Debbie made it more difficult than it should of been. but thats typical walmart employee for you, the cart pusher had more empathy then Debbie, I think they should switch job titles.
